The location
The fire alarm went off for a long time-30mins. There was no intercom from the hotel telling us any information on location, what to do, severity etc. we sent a message on the chat to whom ever asking about this information. The alarm went off about 10:30pm, we got a response from someone the next day at 1:00pm. This is a huge safety issue.
The walls in the room are paper thin, we can hear conversations in the next room and hallway. One ply toilet paper in the bathroom, never seen that before at hotels. Parking was horrible, the lobby area was unwelcoming and sparse.
Location was great, that’s about it.

Did not feel safe leaving car in horrible, run-down parking lot. Did not feel safe walking to front entrance. Room was not clean.
Always very friendly and helpful staff. Very Comfortable room. Have started staying there everytime I am in Winnipeg.
Air conditioning and room fridge were a little too noisy. Had to turn them both off at night.
