The location is amazing-- A super cool neighborhood with access to bus lines and trolley tours, plus an easy drive to anything we wanted to go to. The restaurant on site was amazing. We loved walking to The café and bars without even leaving the block. You could spend all day just there at the hotel area.
The train car was very spacious for two, clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and with the curtains we had no trouble sleeping in and relaxing.
This was truly a perfect spot to enjoy our anniversary and we also look forward to bringing friends and coming back soon.
The main pain point was parking. We got in around 8 on Friday and barely found a spot for hotel parking. On Saturday we came back to the hotel again around 8 and because the hotel was hosting a local prom, we barely even found overflow parking -- all of the hotel spots were taken. It was just a little stressful and not as smooth as everything else.
We stayed in a train car and they aren't very sound proof. We could hear our neighbors snoring quite clearly. But we didn't really hear any outside noise so it wasn't too bad.
Oh, and I have never said this but the water pressure was actually too high in the shower. There was no way to adjust it and it felt like I was being pressure washed.
Design, details, amenities.
Nothing.
The location was great in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were awesome very friendly and accommodating. The shower was AMAZING the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel.
Parking. Could use more parking and didn’t like you have to pay extra to park at the hotel 😕
La taille des chambres, la propreté, le calme de l’établissement, la décoration comme dans un vieux train.
Le parking payant
Pas de petit déjeuner
The hotel was extremely beautiful. Everything about it was a vibe.
I didn't like the fact that the key did not work to the room.It took us forever to get back in the room.Every time we went to the room , we had to literally stand out there 4 to5 minutes tapping the car to get in the room. When I told the staff about it , they were not surprised and said that has been happening for a while and didn't do anything to solve the problem , they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience.
The location, vibe, decor and staff were all phenomenal! So many amenities throughout the hotel and grounds. And so close to everything.
No issues
We stayed 2 nights in the train cabin 34 and it was a wonderful fun experience!
From friend who visited Chattanooga before
The Hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was great, and the staff beyond helpful.
Diane, the concierge have us great recommendations.
The hotel restaurant is fantastic too.
Beautiful appointments in the rooms, classier than normal.
Clean, very easy to get around, just a fancy room
