Location was great. You could walk to anything you needed. Very cute hotel!!! Pretty quiet and clean room.
Gym was a bit of a mess and very hard to use. Pool was a mess also in the evening, towels everywhere and some trash. The front desk was always busy so it was hard to get help. Staff was friendly but ineffective due to so many guests.
We loved the decor of our room. Staying in the train car was fun. Very 1950's. Reminded me of the British murder mysteries I like to watch
It would have been nice if the coffee was free.
Loved the location and the convenience of great restaurants with in walking distance.
Great atmosphere. Staff were all super friendly and eager to help.
The furnishings were upscale and everything about the stay felt premium and intentional. This was one of my favorite domestic stays so far. Customer service was top-notch here and I’d highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
I’m really nit-picking with this one but the shampoo and shower gel containers were almost empty (although enough for a one night stay).
Loved the vibe and the staff.
Bed was way to soft. Train car wasn't very sound absorbent, heard music from the main building during a wedding.
It was clean, authentic decor, great front desk service.
Great location and nice grounds. The hotel is unique and really celebrates the “Chattanooga Choo Choo” with train car bedrooms as well as traditional rooms.
Literally everything.
Absolutely nothing.
The esthetics of the property. It was clean and in the center of downtown
I have no complaints. I loved everything about the property.
Great location, extremely comfortable rooms and beds and very helpful staff. Shame we could only stay one night!
The property is beautiful and in a wonderful location!
Nice room - big & quiet
Cool decor era theme. Nicely laid out and different . Conveniently located next to the venue we were there for .
Cost
We loved our stay in one of the train cars. It was spacious, and beautifully decorated with a little vintage and modern. It was quiet and comfortable. There was so much to explore that we didn’t have time. We will come back!
Nothing. It’s fun!!
We love the location. A friend flew in for a concert at the Signal next door. Very convenient.
The room was at the end of the building so easy access to car, pool and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Liked the dining area to sit. Fun game area. Good outdoor space.
Room booked didn't match picture showing patio with privacy greenery. Instead they first booked us into a non patio room stating that the reservation didn't state a patio room. We got a patio room only it was exposed to everyone else's with no privacy. Leaves in the area had not been cleaned out for quite some time. Didn't know about the $20 parking fee until after I booked a non refundable room--total rip-off in our opinion. Coffee in a tea bag was terrible and only one pp at that. Had a dinner restaurant but not open for breakfast and didn't offer any nearby places to go. Elsie's Restaurant was attractive but very loud inside so opt out of dining there. Pool was filled with small children so no adult room there.
