Centerally Located with Plenty do do Within Walking Distance
Pros:

The hotel is right downtown yet very easy to access by car. Walking Market Street brings you to many trendy bars and some great restaurants. The lobby is welcoming with plenty of places to sit and the staff are all great. The old rail station is close and the rail cars that have been converted to rooms are amazing.

Cons:

My only issue was there was no desk in the room. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient.

Pros:

Room was great, decor fit the theme and well thought out. Beds were fantastic. A family member had their wedding here everything was perfect.
Will stay again if in Chattanooga. Recommend to anyone visiting area.

Great stay in a carriage room
Pros:

Loved this hotel so much we stayed an extra day. Great pool, lovely restaurant, we stayed in a train carriage room which was surprisingly spacious and very nicely fitted out. Great location for lots of bars & restaurants and the free buses that run around the city have a stop by the hotel too.

Cons:

All great.

A Trip Back in Time.
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful. Takes you back in time with the antiquity of furniture & style. Room was quite comfortable and roomy. Quiet, I didn't hear anyone come or go. Great water pressure.

Cons:

I couldn't stay longer.
