Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, με καλή διάθεση και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν επιπέδου τετράστερου ξενοδοχείου. Δεν είναι ότι πιο ευχάριστο να βρίσκεις τρίχες στο μπάνιο. Επίσης τα μπάνια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση, αλλά αυτό δεν ήταν το πρόβλημα. Τα δύο ουσιαστικά προβλήματα είναι η έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης, με τον θόρυβο του δρόμου να μην σε αφήνει να κοιμηθείς, και η επικινδυνότητα του δρόμου, καθώς δεν υπάρχουν πεζοδρόμια και πρέπει να κινηθείς με τη βαλίτσα στον δρόμο θέτοντας σε κίνδυνο τη σωματική σου ακεραιότητα.

Nagyon finom volt a reggeli, a szoba kényelmes, tágas, jól felszerelt volt. Az ágy is szuper, a párnák megfelelőek.
A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van, 10 perces sétára a metrótól.
A klíma nagyon hangos volt, és a levegő fújásának fokozatát sem tudtuk beállítani. (csak a mi szobánkban)
A padlószőnyegre ráférne egy nagyobb tisztítás, kicsit foltos volt itt-ott.
