Laundry. I called before 10:40PM for a laundry pick-up, and asked for the clothes to be ready by 7:00am next morning but no one came.when I called again at 11:20pm, I was told the Laundry closed.This does not seem consistent with your laundry policy.

Breathtaking stay with holy views of the Peninsula. Excellently Managed
Pros:

Our stay at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens was nothing short of amazing. The property is truly special and has a little bit of everything, all done with class. From the moment we arrived, Manager Maxime Regad and General Manager Jann Kaiser went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect. They were both incredibly accomodating and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay.

The views every morning over the Peninsula were absolutely breathtaking. Sitting outside with coffee watching the water never got old. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel, with a huge selection and excellent quality. The gym was also fantastic, modern, spacious and very well equiped.

One thing we really enjoyed was the clientele. The hotel attracts a very sophisticated international crowd. During our stay there were multiple celebrities and government officials that were easily recognizable, yet everyone respected each other’s privacy which added to the atmosphere.

Service throughout the hotel was warm, polished and effortless. Every member of the staff seemed happy to help and nothing ever felt forced. You can tell this property is extremely well managed from top to bottom.

This is one of those rare hotels that gets almost everything right. We left wishing we had booked a longer stay and already cant wait to come back. Highly recommended.

Paradise on earth! Beautiful

Cons:

I always love FS and usually they have best hospitality but at Astir The staff (concierge) not all amazing but the manager of the hotel when we stayed she is v lovely! Hard to get bookings in the resto even we are the guests there which is a bot disappointing and when we went to the Matsuhisa actually lots of the table are empty! But the hotel manager made it happen and very helpful and upgraded us to a better room!

NOT Worth money and travel to this hotel, P.S. I am a worlwide FourSeasens traveler but this out
Pros:

nice property but very rude stuff, I checked in after 11pm and I requse late check out they said ok no problem, than next day they said we are happy to give late check out at 11am which i found bit stupit all around the world and all fourseasen Hotels the check out is 12noon sometimes 1pm but they were not nice.

Cons:

the way they treated their guests was not profissional

Very nice experience. In general, it's a must for anyone who wants to enjoy luxury and quality
Pros:

Location is perfect and the breakfast is very decent. Access to Matsuhisa and Beefbar is very easy as well. The place is surrounded by amazing landscape and see. Fish tavern alongside the private beach is a great culinary experience as well

Amazing! Expensive but definitely worth it!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely superb! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Both the facilities and the service were exceptional, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
