The service and atmosphere in the Commodore Grille was AMAZING! Tashauna was the bar tender/server and she was PHENOMENAL! We were part of the CMA Fest kick off and she took SUCH great care of us! We HIGHLY recommend her! Thank you, Tashauna!!!!
$35 a day for parking? Had to move the first day because our floor was going to be under renovations? Would have been handy information before booking. All but 2 of the staff were rude. Two were very, very nice and made up for feeling that we were an inconvenience.
The hotel is located in a quiet area close to Centennial Park and about 10minute drive from Broadway. The hotel was modern, clean throughout and the beds were comfy. Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was 24/7 coffee in the lobby, the outdoor pool was on 2nd floor which was also clean with towels provided and great breakfast offers; Enrique was always cheery in the morning!! There is off street parking at about $10 per day using App and valet parking which fluctuated about $45 per day, we did receive a parking violation as one of the machines was not working, we were wrongfully informed by residents and website Sunday was free parking.
The only downfall was the amount of plastic used but this is throughout the States we visited and not only to this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again
Had dinner both nights at the restaurant on site (Commodore). Tashauna was our waitress both nights and was an absolute gem. She made sure our drinks were refilled and food brought in a timely manner. The chefs, Rafael and Ovuanis, are rock stars in the kitchen! The chicken tenders, chicken wings, BBQ hamburger, and roadhouse burger were cooked perfectly. Live music, great food, and the nicest staff…this place is a winner.
Myra, Sean, and Tashauna were great, so friendly and professional. They absolutely enhanced our trip and did a great job serving us in a timely manner.
We had an outstanding stay at the Holiday Inn in Nashville. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We made use of the lovely pool, and the free shuttle service to and from Broadway. Jim, the driver was incredible! He was so kind and lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. He was so polite, always opening the door for us. He was so knowledgeable, and told us about great spots to visit.
We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you!

Very clean..staff is pleasant and helpful.. the shuttle is a definite bonus with excellent, friendly drivers. Restaurant is great.. Sheree is an added bonus to the nice buffet breakfast!
Shuttle service to various areas
Breakfast buffet was cold. Breakfast staff running around in a frenzy. Hotel was located across the street from a beautiful park filled with homeless people
Carson was outstanding helping me with my bags as I checked out and got ready to depart.
Amazing customer service. Very clean. Attentive staff. Shuttle driver (Jim) took me to places I did not know about, and he was better than a paid tour guide! Dawan was great as well. He always grabbed the door for me and was very helpful in every way. This was a great experience. I will stay here again and again!
Stayed here while wife was in hospital. Nice clean hotel. Great staff. Sheree in the restaurant was awesome..always a smile on her face. Great waitress !!
Van took us downtown
Lights in bathroom in holiday inns are the absolute worst. It’s like a dark cave. They provide a wonderful magnifying mirror but can’t use it because it’s so stupid dark. Only liberal news on TV.
