Great view and staff were mostly good.

Cons:

Outdated rooms, lack of outlets, furniture ugly and not functional, lacked lighting, shower head leaking a bit fixtures old and sink and shower fixtures didn't work well.

Decent room, good value
Pros:

Good value and interesting architecture.

Cons:

On check in i was standing in line and a food delivery person charged to the counter and staff spent time helping him instead as i waited. On checkout i let two guests go ahead of me who arrived at the same time. I waited at the counter and then the staff person who was on the phone hung up and ignored me helping someone else instead. I said something so got to go next and as i was being helped the person who was waiting next was overlooked by a third staffperson helping someone with parking! No one cuts in line at the butcher or the bar, why can’t staff manage this?
