Disappointed that there were no places open for lunch in the hotel.
No food service available during the lunch hour mid day.
Easy to find, genius parking, few walking minutes to downtown, well kept
up, nice ambience, great views from the room as well as from the excellent turning restaurant on top of the building, very experienced friendly staff
Nothing comes to mind.
The downtown location was convenient and offered easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the river valley.
Unfortunately, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations. The room felt dirty, several lamps were not working, and there were very few electrical outlets in practical locations. The sofa was damaged, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was also not functioning. Noise from other guests could easily be heard from inside the room, making it difficult to rest. Overall, many of the furnishings and appliances felt very outdated and in need of significant upgrades.
The staff and how accommodating and quick they were to address concerns.
Complimentary drinks and snacks for booking a king suite.
Our room was extremely outdated and felt dirty, it was also missing a mini fridge so we ended up paying extra to move rooms. The new room was much better and updated but still did not feel the cleanest.
Location, view,
No housekeeping
2 very thin towels for 2 people over 2 days
Downtown and close to transit train station
2 large bath towels and we had to ask for clean ones for 2nd day
Good location and great value!
Would be nice to have a fridge in the room but the ice machine was great!
We went to the Chateau Lacombe for our 55 Wedding Anniversary! We had dinner at the top...Laronde Resturant and stayed over night at the Hotel. They were wonderful! our room was outstanding. Mei did a beautiful decoration of towel art and rose peddles.
I would highly recommend to stay here!
The location was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the view of the river from our room. The room was very clean. And the beds were so comfy.
Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
We booked thru a third party….i am assuming the third party rooms are never been renovated…1980 furniture, WELL USED
Very dated rooms
Room was clean….but pillows and sheets felt like plastic. One thin blanket with no other options. It was sparce. Towels were gray, but should have been white. Only two towels, and they have been well used.
