The room and bathroom showed clear signs of inadequate cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom had a heavily scaled showerhead, a damaged and peeling faucet, and dark buildup in the corner that appeared consistent with grime or possible mold. The additional photos showed substantial dust and dirt beneath the furniture, as well as a shower curtain with multiple dark stains that looked moldy and should have been replaced.

Overall, the condition of the room was disappointing and did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. The hotel should deep-clean the room, replace the stained shower curtain, address the bathroom buildup, and repair or replace the worn fixtures before hosting guests.The bathroom appeared poorly maintained and in need of a thorough deep clean and repairs. The showerhead had significant buildup and discoloration, while the faucet finish was visibly damaged and peeling. There was also dark grime or possible mold buildup in the corner where the wall and floor met, along with aging grout and tilework.

These issues made the bathroom feel unclean and run-down, despite the fixtures perhaps having once been acceptable. Management should replace or clean the showerhead, repair the damaged faucet, and properly treat and reseal the affected corner. Overall, the bathroom condition was disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from a well-maintained hotel. - make this shorter . And add in how the floors were not hoovered & we had to ask 3 separate times for towels .& no bathrobe / kettle was found in our room .

The only disappointment was the breakfast. We were expecting a buffet, but there was no buffet and the choices were limited.

The room didn't lock unless you are inside. Anyone could get in without a key meaning our room was unsecure when we left it. On the next morning after check in the cleaning service walked into my room expecting that I was checked out and did not need a key to enter my room. This was at 845 am. the rooms walls had mystery dust on it, the bathroom tub would not drain, we had to pay for parking, the night clerk could barely understand English so communicating our needs was difficult. No complementary breakfast for the same price and a bit of a longer drive we could have stayed in a best western and we had no fridge in the room. All of this was brought up to staff and all that was done was the site contractor to fix the draining tub.

Our room was promoted as having Shaw digital cable and movies on demand. When we got there, it was only basic cable (~7 channels) and no movies on demand.

Lamp in our room was also broken but there was two others so not a huge issue.

Bathroom lighting is abysmal for doing makeup, etc though. Very dim.

The room smelled like smoke and the decor is really old. There is no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken on our floor and the floor below. I had to go to various floors to find a working ice machine.

The service was disappointing, making our stay uncomfortable and poor value for money.There were no active room cleaning services during our stay.Complimentary water was not replenished for the last two nights. Water bottles and coffee sachets were provided only on the first night. When we requested additional water, we were asked to purchase it from the vending machines.The towels were not changed despite our request. Overall, the lack of basic housekeeping services and amenities significantly affected our experience.
