Not comfortable bed and pillow..didn't have a good sleep

Beautiful room and view, location, great staff
Location: you're right in the downtown area within easy walking distance of shops and river valley.
The view: I had a really nice view of the river valley and I was lucky to get a good sunrise shot.
Comfort: The room had everything you needed and was reasonably clean. Bathtub was long enough for tall guy like me.
Gym: while the running machines didn't work the elliptical and stair master were fine, and there was a good selection of free weights. It could use a bench and maybe water fountain though.
Location: it's a downtown hotel and with that comes likelihood of coming across characters who need psychiatric/medical help. Very near the hotel I witnessed something that would be traumatizing to children I think that involved injecting drugs. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of.
Cleaning service: I was here for three nights and while I could request cleaning service if needed I think it would be more professional if maybe they offered maid service every second day, or gave option for cafe voucher if you forego cleaning.
Condition of hotel: it comes across as a little worn down.
NO SMALL FRIDGE TO KEEP OUR BEVERAGES COLD. HAD TO USE ICE IN COOLER.

Breakfast staff was lacking. All the tables were dirty, had to get our own water & salt
We slept in, sad to have missed breakfast, but obviously the beds were comfy!
It’s close to the ice district
Way over priced, no fridge or microwave in the room and it was right across the hall from the elevators so we heard those running all night long.
I left behind an electronic device and housekeeping was able to retrieve it for me and send it back to me. Great service!
We tried this hotel because the hotel we normally stay at downtown has raised its prices so much it has become unrealistic to stay there. So liked the location
We were given a room directly across from the elevator and because of all the other clients coming in late at night after the hockey game and continuing their celebrations we didn’t get to sleep until 4 am. Also we were a group of three couples that all booked at the same time for the same price and the other two couples were upgraded to the concierge level free of charge but we were not offered the same. May have helped with the riff raff wandering the halls late at night. Thought this may be our new home for game night but sadly we will be looking elsewhere.
