Friendly staff let down by an lack of attention to detail and cleanliness

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Cons:

Room was dusty and the shower had leaked through the wall into the room and making the wall mouldy behind bed. The landing on are floor wasn’t vacuumed for at least 5 days. Someone had dropped crisped and they never got removed

Pros:

The facilities are outstanding. Great pool, gym, steam room and sauna. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super friendly and attentive.

Cons:

When we first entered the room the floor had crumbs on it and the surfaces had dust. We requested a refresh of the room but only the floor was cleaned. Shame as everything else was amazing.
