La piscine et le « spa » grosse déception.
L’eau est froide, le steam ne fonctionne pas, il n’y a pas d’espace pour se relaxer autour de la piscine. Le décors est horrible

Hotel très bien situé et bien équipé
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal si vous êtes en voiture. Il y a de la place. Et il y a un arrêt de bus pour l'aéroport de Bruxelles juste devant.
On a pu garder notre chambre des deux nuits précédentes en en rajoutant une.
Les chambres sont confortables.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié, frais et copieux.
Le centre de bien-être avec le sauna, hammam et piscine est magnifique ouvert tôt et fermé tard.

Hôtel très confortable et avec plein de facilités.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé quand on est en voiture mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant pour l'aéroport de Bruxelles. Les chambres sont confortables (juste le matelas du lit qui est un peu trop mou). Les chambres sont bien équipées, même avec un peignoir qui permet d'aller à la piscine, au sauna et hamman, autre particularité et très bel endroit (un plus) de cet hotel. le centre est ouvert tôt et ferme tard (06.00-23.00).
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et très frais.

Cons:

La première nuit, ils avaient pris les serviettes sales mais sans les remplacer. Heureusement, la réception en a donné d'autres. Problème résolu assez vite.
Le port du maillot de bain au sauna qui n'est pas très sain alors que les personnes vont dans le sauna sans serviette sous le corps.

Goede locatie, het personeel vriendelijk. Alleen de beleving op de kamer was een mindere ervaring.
Pros:

Personeel is behulpzaam aan de receptie en de locatie was ideaal voor ons.
Het restaurant was ook voor ons heel goed en lekker.

Cons:

De medewerkers die instaan voor het poetsen van de kamers.
Het bed was niet mooi opgemaakt, we hadden koffie gedronken op onze kamer en we kregen geen nieuwe tassen. De vuile tassen waren terug gezet en daar moesten we het dan maar mee doen.

Ook kregen we maar 1 nieuwe handdoek en er waren geen slippers bij ons verblijf voor naar de sauna te gaan.

Het is ook voor mij de eerste keer dat dit zo tegenvalt in hotels, de grond was ook niet opnieuw gestofzuigt of geborsteld. Daarin was ik erg teleurgesteld. Ik heb dit ook aangegeven aan de receptie maar zonder resultaat achteraf op de kamer.
