NOTHING!!!

Cons:

Dirty bedding!!! Sheets weren't changed, and soiled clear through the mattress cover. We had to change our own sheets. The housekeeper we told about the sheets spoke to, assumedly her supervisor, in a foreign language to him, then had us tell him our issue. Rude!! Dirty, smelly carpet!!! The night desk clerk was VERY uncooperative, rude, and uncaring. The shower had no water pressure, and water ran clear across the floor due partially to the curtain not near the floor. The bedside lamp didn't work, and the room desk has a broken leg. At the side parking lot entrance, there was dog feces decaying along the sidewalk. That entrance door was NOT secure, with people coming in, bypassing the front desk.

You get what you pay for I guess
Pros:

The bed was comfortable but updating is definitely needed.

Cons:

Did not replace the coffee in the room. That was a problem because there was no breakfast offered because of a problem in the kitchen. Two towels only in the room and a hole in the bathroom door and the outlet on the lamps were not working.

The room was decent.

Cons:

The promised breakfast didn't happen because the kitchen was under construction. They didn't have enough plastic keys to give us 2. The security of the exterior doors was poor and did not secure the building. Half the lightbulbs in our room did not work. The clientele sat outside and smoking Marijuana which reeked every time you went in or out of the front door.

I hate to say while my overall trip was fantastic, I will not be staying at this location again.
Pros:

The few staff interactions we had was overall nice. Pleasant, friendly when available. They have a 24-hour gym that can only be opened by front desk staff. If you can get in, it's very nice.

Cons:

The hotels was very dirty, there was stains on one of the beds in one of our rooms and when trying to reach guest services on multiple occasions I could never get through to anyone. When attempting to just get a blanket from one of the housekeeping carts down the hall from my room (could not locate housekeeper) there was bed bugs seen crawling over the "clean" blankets. I did attach a picture. Granted there was a wedding going on during our stay I would have happily gone to front desk for a blanket if staff was available there. Going on to the pool area, there was green around the edges and for being an indoor pool a lot of dead bugs. The hot tub was colder than the pool temperature and just not close to being remotely comforting.

Nightmare: dirty and dysfunctional

Cons:

Everything was dirty and dysfunctional, a room in the same lobby had a broken door following a fight, it was smelling marijuana, no breakfast was served, the pool was empty, we immediately did the check out and booked another hotel. Worst experience ever !

Great location and the rooms were pretty clean

Cons:

They never had any extra towels and wash cloths.
A lot of construction going on and the carpet in the hallways were filthy.
