We liked the location…customer serve
Hotel needs to up graded.. out of date.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was very hot as I like it.
The hotel is not well maintained, likely because there were too few staff on duty. While the front desk employee was very pleasant, it was clear from the check-in experience that they had inadequate systems and support to perform their duties properly.
In addition, the first room I was given smelled like something died in it. The smell was overwhelming to the point of me requesting a new room right away. After being given another room, it met the minimum standard of one night's stay. I had few hotel choices because there is a gem and jewelry show in Columbus that had taken all of the nice hotels in the downtown area.
The lobby area floor was dirty from guests' children leaving the pool and tracking water down the hall. Because the hotel was under staffed, the water and dirt tracked down the hall was left uncleaned.
Nothing
Hallways were dirty the door to my room wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it shut. I couldn’t eat my food at the desk because ants were crawling all over the desk table. The lamp wasn’t working in my room that was on the desk. There is no lamp on the table between the beds. The shower curtain was filthy and the room and the hotel overall had a musty basement type of smell hotel needs to be renovated badly. I will never stay there again.
The facility was clean and the parking accessible.
The TV was large and easy to use.
There was no breakfast. The bed was lumpy.

Everything was shut down no restaurant no breakfast no nothing. This facility neglected yed to inform me they were under construction . Very disappointed 😞

Leaving!
I only got this picture because of my son, I was to rushed to get out.
Needed someone to stop for the night on our trip & honestly should have drove through. First room they put us in was dirty like housekeeping didnt come at all. Counters stands, coffee machine & tea bags were all sticky. Bathroom had used hair ties covered in hair in the shower & floor. Sheets had random stains so I asked for new bedding to change it & something to wipe down the stickyness. Person at front desk said housekeeping would bring them up. 45 minutes later I go down from waiting & another guest is requesting new sheets & towels because he didnt have any upon checking in. The front desk is telling him his housekeeping is on break. (So i was never getting that bedding)
Now I knew this wasn't a 5 star hotel so my expectations were not high. We were tired from driving but when my son called me from the room saying the beds & heater were crawling in ants. I requested a new room.
This room no bugs but the room still has an old musk smell, no used old trash But it had hot water.
We literally woke up early to leave before 4am to just get out. I should of left & requested my money back after the 1st room
The room was terrible. It smelled terrible and we couldn't sleep well. The beds were causing lot of discomfort. The quilt was torn and the cotton was coming out. The floor was wet and couldn't walk peacefully. Overall very bad experience with the stay

Nothing
Everything
Location- close to where I was visiting. Price was good- you get what you pay for.
No breakfast- the food pantry was almost empty. Posted on counter- no breakfast- area undergoing a renovation - looked like nothing was happening. Chairs in the pool area were worn - needed to be replaced. Hallways - carpeting was worn - needed major cleaning or be upgraded. Motel looks like it had been sold years ago with no money put into keeping it up.
Nice
Pool
Bed was okay but thats about it
The pillows are non existent, the elevators are sketchy, and there was no free breakfast
