Our key never worked to the room door it wasn't a nuisance we had to have someone unlock it every ti
Cons:

We got there after 9:00 they wouldn't let us use the pool they said no exceptions that was the only reason I even sent it this room at this hotel was because the use of the hot tub in the pool. Then the key wouldn't work on our door not one of the free times they made new keys for us it was the nuisance to wait for someone to unlock the door and we had to wait every time for someone to unlock the door as we stood there waiting.

They had cookies at the front desk when I checked in for guest. Don't know if they do it often but Thank You

Hot tub was down unfortunately. Pool was still open though.

It was great except for the lack of heat in the room. Fortunately, I was alone and managed.

The location and overall accommodations were great.

Cons:

The heat didn't work well. That was the main problem. Other than that, the hotel, location and accommodations were great. Thankfully, the shower was extremely hot and comfortable.

I like the value as well as the size and cleanliness of the room

Cons:

Not knowing I was going to be charged an additional 100 dollars after I had already paid for my room after I had checked in I was charged again it wasn't a big deal after finding out it was a deposit but would definitely be helpful to know that in advance in case I didn't actually have that additional money before I went to check in otherwise was very happy with my stay

Pros:

Amazing quality amazing value unbeatable only wish they had a fridge

Cons:

No fridge for drinks could use better signage for the outside and to mark hallways etc

I will try to find somewhere else to stay.
Pros:

The area was nice and the property was clean.

Cons:

Never got warm in the room. No large towels were in the room. Was to have a tub but had only a shower area. Then when asked for a receipt I was told they couldn’t give me one.

Pros:

Pricing was the best! beds and everything were clean and the room was great! Staff was amazing! It was very quite and very relaxing. The parking is good as well.

Cons:

Everything would have been good if they had breakfast like there website says or somewhere to recommend. Elevators where a hit and miss depends on which one works. Other than those things it was really great!!!
