The room was not ready when we arrived
Room was comfortable.
The pool and spa area needs more attention throughout the day. There was dirty bandages and hair around the pool.
The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable.
Staff was not overly friendly.
Advertised complimentary breakfast on site when I booked it. No breakfast, cost me $30.00 for our breakfast.
Only had out one pot of complimentary coffee in the morning, and the lids didn't fit the cups.
I'm a member of Wyndham and have stayed at many and am usually very happy.

Room smelled of cleaning chemicals upon arrival.
The bed was comfortable. The staff was nice.
The hotel smelled musty/moldy in the lobby and in the room. The shower didn't look very clean. They didn't have any room keys. No breakfast was offered and there were a bunch of people outside the hotel with their cars bumping music and drinking right outside the lobby. For the price we paid the quality wasn't there.

Elevators had food collected. 3 out of 5 public restrooms clogged. Room was shabby. Needs paint. Needs new woodwork. Needs amenities- like a Kleenex box! Carpet old and worn. Outside hallways shabby. Overall impression- Shabby! For a Wyndham, we were shocked.

Filthy. Food all over the floors in the elevators. Carpets dirty. Trash cans over flowing. Did not even have enough keys to give us a room key. We would be locked out if we had to leave the room. Staff had to let us in. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work right.
