L'accueil, la réponse rapide aux demandes formulées, l'espace, le réfrigérateur, le ménage fait tous les jours, serviettes propres, etc....

Cons:

La mauvaise insonorisation vers l'extérieur, le manque de lumière naturelle sans vis-à-vis, le manque de chaleur (pas de chauffage notamment dans la salle déjeuner), pas de chauffage pour le personnel (travail effectué en blousons !), la saleté et tous les défauts des faïences et mobiliers abîmés (les faïences de la salle de bains n'ont pas été nettoyées du tout), l'état déplorable des toilettes, l'odeur de cigarettes dans les couloirs alors que l'établissement est "non-fumeurs", déjeuner de qualité moyenne.
Pour nous, outre la gentillesse du personnel, pas digne d'un quatre étoiles.

Perfecte lokatie maar weinig hygiene, onderhoud nodig

De bedden zijn goed en netjes opgemaakt de inrichting is klassiek maar oke met 2 handdoekjes per persoon in de badkamer.

Cons:

Het stonk naar sigaren?? De badkamervloer was vies, het badwater liep niet weg, de gordijnen hingen los. Het raam kon niet dicht of open omdat het kozijn kapot was en om het gesloten te houden zat een stuk karton in een kier geduwd. Kamer 103

I did not like absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Room was on the 6th floor and elevator is going only till 5 floor. After all day travelling to carry all that haevy luggage’s was a nightmare. Room extra small especially cealings for tall person like me. Very dirty and laud. The cleaners start from 9 am to work in the room next to me with full music volume on the phone extra loud that I could not sleep. Very disappointed for the price I paid! Never again

An sich een mooie, goed ingerichte kamer met grote badkamer - goeie centrale ligging van het hotel

Cons:

De betaling verliep nogal dodgy - ik kon niet met mijn kaart betalen en moest cash ergens gaan halen van de receptie. Na veel vijven en zessen heb ik dan via overschrijving naar een andere (?) rekening mijn kamer kunnen betalen. Dat wekte geen vertrouwen.
De kamer zelf hing vol stofslierten vanaf het plafond tot op de kunstwerkjes aan de muur (boven het bed!!) - de verwarming werkte niet, er stond een blazer die véél lawaai maakte, de kamer én de badkamer waren niet proper (veel stof, vuile douche)..
