Pros:

Views from upper levels are excellent! Decent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we reached there 7:30pm. Took another 90 minutes to make ready. Expected a room with a view but got a small one in the basement level. The staff tried to accommodate some shortcomings, which was nice.

Great hosts!
Pros:

The staff! I even did a Zumba class in the pool, I haven’t laughed so hard my entire trip to Italy.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled of sewage. I figured it had something to do with the high elevation where the property is. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and plug my nose when I went in.
