Pros:

Krásné ubytování v centru Zlína s krásným výhledem do okolí. Pokoje čisté, personál příjemný. Snídaně také velmi dobrá, velký výběr.

Nejsou to čtyři hvězdy, ale takové průměrné tři.
Pros:

Velký pokoj s příjemnou atmosférou, čistá koupelna. Tvrdší matrace, což mi vyhovuje. Celkově klid a dechberoucí výhled z okna. Check-in proběhl rychle a bez problémů. Parkování přímo před hotelem (byť placené).

Cons:

Celkově asi snídaně. Výběr byl v pohodě, ale v místnosti hrála televize s hokejem, kam se chodil koukat kuchař i nějací hosté. Mně to přišlo rušivé. U čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu bych očekával prostřené stoly a nějaký servis. Což tady nebylo. V restauraci byl "zaparkovaný" nejrůznější bordel, jako nějaké reproduktory, cateringové stoly atd. Prostředí působilo tak trochu neutěšeně. V levnějším hotelu nižší kategorie bych nad tím mávl rukou, ale tady jsem byl spíše rozpačitý. Navíc slečna zapisující si čísla pokojů moc neuměla anglicky, na což narazil host za mnou. Opět… u čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu by se toto stávat nemělo.

Penso di non tornare in questa struttura.
Pros:

la posizione, e la colazione.

Cons:

Ottima la colazione, ma quando ho chiesto di avere dell'acqua frizzante non è stato possibile avere.
Il personale alla reception ritengo non sia sufficientemente adeguato a dare informazioni al cliente.
Il bar dell'albergo trovato chiuso alle 18.
