The receptionist are very polite and welcoming friendly and smile 😊 . They are very helpful and kind.

It was good.
Pros:

Location was great, rooms were spacious, cleanliness could have been a little better. Most of the staffs were nice.

Cons:

There are some opportunities for improvement. For example, shower head location was not ideal because during shower water goes outside the shower area during shower. It would be helpful to give more than one door key when families are staying.

I tried to move rooms because of the noise from the street and band but they said there were no rooms at the back I got used to it anyway with ear mufds !

Pros:

Breakfast hall should be cleaner. Air con should be on in breakfast hall before guest arrive - not after they arrive and ask as it’s hot a sweaty.

Pros:

Liked Nothing except the staff.

Cons:

I hated everything. Nothing was like the picture. Telephone doesn't work. service ,rooms and ac were pretty bad. Don't live in this place. Last but not the least their ac didn't work and breakfast buffet is nasty.the filling time of food was way too long and don't fill up the chicken.Wifi is also pretty bad and super slow.
