Fantastisch uitzicht, dat maakt wat mij betreft echt veel goed! Leuke buurt ook en het reizen met de pontjes is ook erg

De locatie en het personeel

Cons:

Er waren niet 2 losse dekbedden terwijl dat bij de receptie wel ws verteld. Er was wel een waterkoker maar geen thee. En je kan je kleding na het douchen niet echt in de buurt leggen.

We zijn ontgoocheld over de extra parkeerkosten én fietsenverhuur

personeel: we hadden extra parkeerkosten en duur fietsen verhuur door het personeel dat ons de faciliteiten onvoldoende ter beschikking heeft gesteld.

Zu weit vom Zentrum, schlechte Hotline/Hilfe. Würde ich nie wieder buchen. Schon gar nicht für diesen Preis.

Cons:

Concierge Hotline die überhaupt nicht funktionierte und das komplizierte und mühsame Check in. Auch ist das Hotel nur im Erdgeschoss. Mein Zimmer war direkt gegen den Innenhof. Unangenehm. Es gibt sogar Zimmer ohne Fenster?!

Der Ausblick war wirklich sehr schön.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir, das man im Preis nicht ein Parkplatz mit inbegriffen hatte.
