Disappointing
Pros:

Room very odd shape not much room
No milk even asked for it still no milk
Had to ask for hangers, no cupboard to hang things out the way!
These were the things that you could improve on

Cons:

some of the evening staff were rude. Staff in general not the friendliest.

Very good shower. Bed comfy

Pros:

I love It, The location makes easier to go to The city center as you can take The ferry just in front of The hotel and for free, also The room was outstanding and The Marshall sound system in the room was top for those of you who likes music.

Cons:

The photos were really misleading, my room was really small and had no windows so was very stuffy for a 4 star hotel was disappointed. The bathroom had cracked tiles which was really dangerous as you definitely could have been cut and our tv had no signal for channels. It was further away from the city also then we thought. Wouldn’t stay again

Ein nettes , etwas kleines Zimmer mit einem ungewöhnlichen Ausblick auf die Ij.
Pros:

Der Ausblick war ungewöhnlich. Man war fast auf einer Höhe des Wassers. Vom Bett aus konnte man auf das Wasser gucken und die Schiffe vorbeiziehen sehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein und die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen. Wenig Möglichkeiten um Handtücher aufzuhängen.

Das Personal war super. Es war auch sehr sauber.

Ich weiß nicht ob es Frühstück gegeben hätte, habe aber nichts gelesen.
