המלון מעוצב יפה, מתוחזק, נקי מאוד, ארוחת בוקר טובה, במיקום נוח.

Cons:

בתיאור המלון רשום שיש מזגן אך בפועל אין!! המארח הסביר שזו בעית תרגום של בוקינג....
מעבר לכך, המרפסת בחדר משותפת עם החדר ליד! מאוד לא נעים לשבת ככה בחוץ - אפס פרטיות! כשפתחנו את הדלת והחלון כדי להתמודד עם גל החום שהיה, נכנס ריח סיגריות של השכנים שעישנו במרפסת.
החדר שלנו פנה לערוץ נחל עם רעש חזק של זרימת המים. חשוב לקחת בחשבון למי שרגיש לרעשים.

Einfach alles Top -- Wohlfühlen und den Urlaub genießen !
Pros:

Sehr gutes familiär geführtes Hotel, mit toller Lage und direkten Zugang zum Thermalbad & Sauna.
Das Frühstück hatte alles zum Bieten und war absolute Spitze!!! Es gab jeden Tag reichlich verschiedenste Sorten und frisches Obst. Das Käse & Wurstangebot echt top. Frische Säfte und Milchprodukte und eine gute Wahl an Eierspeisen... Extra Lob an die Küche / Köche(in)!
Auch das alacarte Essen und die angebotenen Menüs am Abend waren super!
Hier fährt man bestimmt nochmals hin... Es stimmt alles um sich wohl zu fühlen und den Urlaub zu genießen

Cons:

Betten: Die Kopfkissen waren leider zu hart und die Bettdecken waren für die Sommerzeit zu warm (Das ist aber Jammern auf hohen Niveau)

Ein Ort zum verweilen, es sich gut gehen lassen und an der Natur und Herzlichkeit der Menschen erfreuen.
Pros:

Man kommt an und fühlt sich in den liebevoll gestalteten Räumen sehr wohl. Ein absolutes Highlight der Gemütlichkeit ist der Sauna- Wellness Bereich. Das sehr detailreiche sowie für das Auge sehr schön angerichtete Frühstücksbüffet und Salatbüffet am Abend bietet eine Vielzahl an verschiedensten Leckereien in hoher Qualität. Die Küche bietet zusätzlich zu ala Card täglich ein neues Menü mit 3 Möglichkeiten in der Hauptspeise. Das Essen ist so kunstvoll und cic angerichtet, einfach herrlich.

Großartiges Hotel in Dorfgastein!
Pros:

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal, sehr komfortable und saubere Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen. Dies ist ein ganz besonderes Hotel und sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie in Dorfgastein übernachten.

Cons:

Nichts. Nur ein kleiner Punkt: Der nahegelegene Fluss ist ziemlich laut, sodass wir nachts das Schlafzimmerfenster schließen mussten. Die Lösung war, das Badezimmerfenster zu öffnen.

Alles perfekt, Hotel sehr sauber ,schöne Ausblick von Balkon aus ,unter der kleine Fluss ,fantastisch auch wenn du Fenster gekippt hast, hat uns es nicht gestört., Essen so was von lecker ,Personal die besten leute ,alles mit Liebe gemacht, man wird so herzlich aufgenommen, du fühlst dich wie zu Hause.Bekommst Ratschläge was man alles unternehmen kann.Liebe Familie Andexer ,wir bedanken und sehr herzlich und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Familie Andexer und Team waren überaus gastfreundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die zusätzlichen Tipps für Ausflüge waren so toll. Das Essen war hervorragend, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder! Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Terrasse hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war blitzsauber, die Betten waren bequem. Ich kann einfach nichts Negatives an diesem Ort finden.

Best hotel and restaurant you will ever see in the mountains.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times already. Everything here is exceptional. The hotel is well maintained and continuously renovated and upgraded. The location is just top star - right next to the lift station. Rooms are comfortable, owners and staff extremely friendly and helpful. And the restaurant? That is something completely out of ordinary. Best breakfast and dinner we have ever seen.
