Lovely clean throughout food was tasty. And hot.
Not enough staff waited 50 minutes to check-in( we have stayed in quite a few different Marsdens hotels and found this is a common problem don't think we would stay in any Marsdens hotels again shame really
Great pub Great location for.touring north Wales. Staff were extra helpful
Confusion over food availability times
Good value friendly staff
Breakfast , no fresh fruit or muesli no yoghurt
Great sized room

Staff were very good
The room was very poor - noisy and outdated. We stayed for 2 nights, but the room was not serviced at all in between
Excellent location for where we were visiting. Good food and drinks. Large rooms in the main building
NA
The room was very big, clean, and the beds were super comfortable, I slept as a baby to be honest.
The receptionist didn't like to help us, so unhappy 😞
When I arrived at the hotel, was quite late and wanted us to have shower and put the kids to bed, but the shower gel in the bathroom was nearly empty, so I called the reception 2 times and went down to the reception 2 twice, I also texted on booking app for help, to have some shower gel, but after an hour someone bought it. Was a big, tall man at the reception.
The beer garden was nice to sit in being close to the accommodation with everything there good shaded seating areas for a nice evening drinks outside
Unfortunately the food we had was quite poor and sub standard for amount of money you paid
I didn't had any breakfast !
We had a Dinner fish N chips bit it was to Oily N chips also not crispy !
Size of room
Air conditioning (in warm weather)
Garden
Mattress rather too firm for me, and perhaps a little uneven (two single mattresses), but slept OK.
Toilet flush faulty (reported)
Door slamed shut loudly (but I fixed/adjusted the door closer screw)
Clean loverly place and staff
It was homely.
Very clean large airy rooms. Good breakfast
Good size room, good location, quick check in/out
Breakfast, whilst the food was nice it seemed a little calamity. No menus, no glasses for juice, no small plates for toast. Daughters poached eggs on toast came out, no butter by time butter had come after being asked 3 times, food was cold.
