I liked the place—you can walk everywhere. I also liked that there are lots of restaurants around, and the facilities are very comfortable.

Would definitely choose to stay again.
Pros:

It was a lovely surprise to have a warm cookie and water waiting for us at check in. The front desk agent was very nice and welcoming along with the bar and wait staff. Bed was super comfy. Short walk to Navy Pier and shopping.

Cons:

The only thing was the thin walls and hearing everything in the hallway.
