It was beautiful, spacious and you needed a key card to access the elevator. The view out our hotel window was wonderful.
The parking garage is not ADA accessible. It has an elevator but there is a step to get to it, and it’s a small area. If you have a wheelchair user in your group it would be best to drop them off at the front door of the hotel. This information wasn’t clear when researching the hotel and the accessibility options. The coffee machine wasn’t plugged in, and we would’ve had to move the machine or the entertainment center to plug it in. It wasn’t worth the hassle. The machine was dusty and hasn’t looked used in a long time. We paid for the breakfast included package but did not receive that discount during checkout. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion but the lotion was empty.

Chicago is a great town and this is a fantastic property. The rooms are first class. Peter was a terrific ambassador. We’ve been here before and we’ll be back again. Short but fun trip.
I liked how the lounge was set up, and the front desk person was helpful.
I didn’t like how the room had a werid smell to it especially in the bathroom. The shower was horrible, the water pressure was super harsh on me and the water would spill out onto the bathroom floor. And to top everything off, we decided to stay an extra night, and our room was never cleaned and nothing was refilled. I’ve been to multiple hotels and they all had a schedule time they would clean rooms, and always restocked any towels or needed items.

There was hair on my food the rooms were not clean sheets had yellow stains water kept on leaking in the bathtub no water pressure in the shower head small spots of mold since there’s no air vents in the bathroom
