Cons:

We arrived at 12pm, early check in was not possible. We came back at pm and the rooms were not ready yet! Lady was complaining about housekeeping they didn’t finish the room.
The worse is: we left our bags at the reception and they didn’t give us any proof. After we got back she asked me to choose which bag was ours! I could take other bags and other people could take our bags. Lady said we know all our guests, well I don’t know them and they don’t know me. It’s shame for 5star hotel
