L'emplacement de l'hôtel (bien situé au cœur de Leidseplein et à proximité de ses stations de trams)

Le check-in et check-out autonome (une personne était quand même disponible si besoin)

Porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und dabei trotzdem ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist tatsächlich sehr klein, aber durchaus geräumig und modern gestaltet, so gibt es noch Platz für einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Eine Kofferablage und Garderobenhaken stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Positiv fanden wir auch Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer.
Die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht so gut regulieren, dadurch war es sehr kühl im Zimmer. Wenn man sie ausschaltete, wurde es zu stickig. Das Bett war an sich bequem, aber etwas schief (gelegen?), dadurch rollte man leicht zu einer Seite.
Das FRühstück war insgesamt lecker, bot aber wenig Auswahl für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.
Great location, comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Good base from which to see the city.
Sound-proofing wasn't great, so lots of noise from main road through the night. Bathroom door being glass was a bit odd.
Breakfast was ok but not excellent - no toast!
I was extremely happy, I even got surprised to a free room upgrade on arrival!

No soundproofing. I could literally hear the person snoring in the next room all night, which made it impossible to sleep.
Clean, friendly helpful staff and great location
Small rooms
The space for the extra bed for our daughter was separated by a wall which provided privacy we weren't expecting.
Also, the fact that the staff all spoke English was helpful. Finally, great music / playlist in the very cool lounge and the lobby.
Since I ran out of space in the "What did you like" section, and since I have nothing to say for the "What didn't you like"section, I will use the "What didn't you like section" to also highlight that the coffee for breakfast was terrific. Really excellent. You had me at "coffee."
Las camas muy comodas
The location is excellent, very close to the tram, close everywhere by walking too
The single room is extremely small, when you open the door it almost touches the bed. Even though small it is ok for 2-3 nights

Hôtel design et confortable, lit très agréable.
Insonorisation des chambres à désirer, prenez vos boules quiet. Egalement pas de volets, donc masque de nuit nécessaire. La chambre est petite pour deux, sans placards de rangement. Cher, mais nous sommes aux pays bas.
