Nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Nur oberflächlich sauber.
Möbel, Ecken Dusche, Glas nicht sauber genug.

Lage auch nicht außergewöhnlich, eher gut.
Frühstück nicht appetitlich.

Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Ich würde nächstes Mal woanders buchen.
Keine 4 Sterne, eher 2.

Ich würde als Besitzer die Zimmer gründlich putzen lassen sowie die Kaffekannen beim Frühstück erneuern und das Frühstück appetitlicher machen.

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hebben ons met alles goed geholpen.

Cons:

Het water was niet goed geregeld. Het water in 1 van de kamers bleef koud en ook de afvoer was niet goed waardoor het muf rook.

Pros:

Comfortable bed. English speaking girl on reception (with English dad) and breakfast chef were delightful.

Cons:

The door key didn't work consistently .. was told batteries were low but no attempt to move room or replace them. Room and floor was dirty, windows covered in marks and saw a cockroach in reception. Breakfast was not good. Shower kept going hot/cold. Plenty of other better value hotels nearby.

Dirty and poorly managed.
Pros:

Would have been a good hotel in it's day - good location, comfy bed.

Cons:

It's tired and poorly maintained with low quality management and poor cleaning standards. There was a cockroach and a lizard in my room. The hot water and pressure was intermittent, the mirrors and windows dirty. The management only half heartedly resolved a booking issue I encountered.

Pros:

Amazing location in the centre of the old town. Lots of good places to eat around the area. Easy access to lots of temples. 7 eleven next door. The room is a good size with a really nice bathroom. Everything was really clean. WiFi worked great the whole time I was there. Lovely and helpful staff. Easily my favourite hotel in Chiang Mai.

Me sentí parte de Songkran

Lo que más me gustó de Lavana Hotel Chiang Mai fue su excelente ubicación. Me hospedé durante Songkran y el desfile pasaba justo por la puerta del hotel. Además, el famoso mercado nocturno del domingo estaba al frente, así que podía salir a comprar, regresar a dejar mis bolsas y continuar disfrutando del recorrido con mucha comodidad.

Viajé sola desde Colombia y no hablo inglés ni tailandés, pero aun así me sentí muy bienvenida. Quiero agradecer especialmente al señor del restaurante que está en la entrada del hotel. No recuerdo su nombre, pero jamás olvidaré su amabilidad. Durante Songkran, cuando regresaba de recorrer la ciudad, me recibía con una gran sonrisa y me rociaba un poco de agua, invitándome a ser parte de la celebración. Ese gesto tan sencillo hizo que no me sintiera una turista más, sino incluida en una tradición tan hermosa. Incluso me regaló un abrazo antes de despedirme.

Son esos pequeños detalles humanos los que convierten un viaje en un recuerdo inolvidable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.Lo único que no me gustó fue que mi estancia terminó demasiado rápido. Me habría encantado quedarme más días para seguir disfrutando de Chiang Mai y de la hospitalidad de su gente.

Budget friendly hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly & the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean, the fridge had dirt inside, the kettle & cups had dust in them, the TV would not work. The swimming pool advertised actually belongs to the neighbours not the hotel. The breakfast buffet was not a buffet, you had to order from the menu & half of the items did not arrive with the food, e.g toast not being added to the breakfast.

the location is well situated in old city and very accessible to 7 eleven and Boots just steps away from the hotel. The staff were also very helpful in handling a mishap in my room and offered a new room in exchange. Highly recommended to stay in Chiang Mai

Enjoyable, comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

Lavana Hotel offers great value for money for a standard, clean, comfortable room in Chiang Mai. The location is fantastic for the Walking Street Market, fantastic restaurants, cafes etc literally on its doorstep. The room was quiet, clean and had all the amenities you would need.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower was inclement and difficult to control!
