Hotel modermo molto confortevole
Pros:

Hotel moderno, con arredamento essenziale ma estremamente pratico. Camera nella norma, letti abbastanza comodi. Bagno pulito, molto spazioso, con una grande doccia. Buona colazione, sufficientemente varia. Personale alla reception disponibile anche se non particolarmente "esperto" su indicazioni logistiche (per esempio mezzi di trasporto per arrivare in centro, tempi di percorrenza, presenza di ristoranti nei dintorni). Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare il mall di Edmonton, per arrivare in centro città è necessario muoversi con auto, così per trovare ristoranti o supermercati (cmq a pochi minuti di macchina). Il plus è sicuramente la presenza di un biliardo nella sala comune a disposizione degli ospiti e la disponibilità di caffè (miscela lavazza) in reception.

Cons:

Piscina piccolina molto frequentata per cui non abbiamo potuto neanche avvicinarci. Non presente la lavanderia

Will not stay again or recommend to family and friends.
Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. Went down at 8 and the food was cold and to be honest the eggs were tasteless.
The staff very unfriendly.

It met our purpose. Pet fee is reasonable.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Location was perfect for our purposed.

Cons:

The noisy traveller who arrived at midnight and left a 6 AM. Nothing the hotel can do about it.

Hotel and staff are great, very clean and welcoming. Had a pool table even for guests to use, only downside is the beds,

Staff are awesome, beautiful hotel and amenities and pet friendly.

Cons:

Beds, pillows and linens were terrible, and the noise control from upstairs guests is not controlled.

Pros:

Great location. Very good breakfast. Lots of towels hooks in bathroom. Water station in lobby(all hotels should have this).

Room was a bit small.
