Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine, parfaitement adapté aux familles. L’emplacement est idéal, le personnel très gentil et toujours disponible. L’hébergement était propre, fonctionnel, même si les équipements restent assez basiques.

Gros plus : la facilité pour se garer, et la machine à laver mise à disposition, super pratique en vacances !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation.

Staff is amazing, property has everything you need for a family vacation. Wondering pool options for all ages. Restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast buffet was excellent

Riktigt trevligt, mysigt hotell.
Stort rum med två soffor samt ett rejält stort sovrum.
Tyvärr stenhård säng och hård kuddar..
Fantastisk fin balkong med utsikt över havet.
Bra frukost, och trevlig bar med supertrevlig personal

Family-friendly; the room was spatious, the grounds were kept beautifully, the pools were nice and warm. Staff was very friendly also.
The beach is across the street but accessible but my wife and I prefer the pools with our 5 yr old daughter who loves to swim. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've had.

Flott hotellrom, men vonde stoler på verandaen gjorde det lite trivelig å sitte der. Rent og ryddig område. God frokost. Hyggelig betjening.

Vänligt mottagande, trevlig personal, ok frukost. Lite jobbigt med högljudda barn ibland.

Our stay at Isida hotel was wonderful, from the delicious food, friendly staff, great entertainment and very clean and well kept resort, we enjoyed every moment of it. Short walking distance the beach where you can rent jet skis and other water sports. Shopping, restaurants and rentals are all within walking distance from the hotel. Great location and very friendly staff, met all our needs. Will definitely return.

A very good exprerince . This was the third year we come to the same hotel every summer . Kids friendly, extremely nice people working there. Great breakfast with fresh juice👍we loved our stay and looking forward for next summer

Underbart fint hotell. Lagom stort för att kännas personligt och ändå rymligt. Väldigt fint på hela området, allt känns otroligt välvårdat och rent med fina blommor och träd. Poolområdet är jättemysigt, härligt rent vatten och lagom mycket folk. Om man skulle önska något mer, så skulle det vara fler och lite större parasoller.
Restaurangområdet är mysigt och känns avslappnat och inbjudande. Lätt att få en fin plats.
Frukosten är fantastisk och man sitter i härlig miljö vid poolen. Ett stort urval av bröd, joghurt, frukt, nötter och frön, bakelser, ägg i olika varianter, grönsaker, röror, pannkakor mm mm. Och allt var väldigt fräscht och gott!
Rummets inredning var ganska basic, men funktionell. Mycket noggrann städning varje dag. Stor balkong med stolar, bord och torkställning.
Lätt att boka gymet, lite äldre utrustning, men fungerar mycket bra.
Extra plus också för fri användning av tvättmaskin och gratis tvättmedel.
All personal var vänliga och tillmötesgående.
Allt som allt ett väldigt trivsamt ställe om man vill ha en lugn och behaglig semester.. Vi kunde inte vara mer nöjda.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Nice pool and bar area. Prices for non all inclusive guests very reasonable. Good location, set back from main road but just a short walk from the beach.

Perfect place, great swimming pools, helpful and friendly staff, very good breakfasts, very close to the beach, close to the main street where you can find everything: shops, cafes, restaurants. A place worth recommending.
