Nice place to stay in Guarne. Only thing is not much ventilation in rooms( at least for my liking) . Staff was great , everyone from front desk to breakfast staff.

Muy agradable, bar restaurante en el último piso
Pros:

Hotel cerca de área de restaurantes. Buen clima (tiene un abanico en la mesita de noche, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero el clima es agradable).

Hay un bar restaurante al frente que hace mucha bulla. Pedir habitación interna.

Tienes mucho que mejorar en servicio
Pros:

La verdad hay temas de servicio que pueden mejorar: 1- me sorprendió un cargo de $5000 COP por run servicio de comida a la habitación mas costoso que pedir el domicilio por plataforma Rappi o Ubereats. 2- tenian un unico asensor al comedor en piso 10 en mantenimiento programado en la hora pico de demanda del desayuno y ni siquiera tuvieron la gentileza de avisar. Adicionalmente ante los inconvenietes manifestados no tuvieron ningún detalle de cortesia como algun descuento o algo así fuera mínimo como una botela de agua. 3- Me sorprendió que al solicitar en el check in una habitación que tuviera un escritorio me asignaron una cuyo costo fue 10% adicional lo cual es absurdo pues realmente no hubo cambio de categoria de habitación ni mucho menos.
