Bagno minuscolo
Pros:

Posizione ottima di fronte al mercato

Cons:

Bagno minuscolo con le doccia comunicante con le camera adiacente. Praticamente si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nella camera di fianco. Staff poco socievole. Camera non pulitissima, il peggior albergo del viaggio

Las ventanas son viejas, entra el frío y el ruido del exterior. Instalaciones antiguas. Si tienes que madrugar para hacer alguna excursión (lo más habitual) no te preparan un desayuno adelantado aunque sea una pieza de fruta.

Buena atención
Pros:

Lo que me gustó más es que estar cerca a todos los lugares turísticos, y el personal es bien amable. Resaltó que su desayuno es muy rico. Y tienen precios muy accesibles.

Cons:

Hubo un problema de goteo en la habitación pero fue algo inusual el último dia, se aviso a recepción para que corrijan esto para los próximos huéspedes.

Pros:

The location was OK. Breakfast was basic but OK with the view of the city. The room was a good size and clean. The staff was lovely and helpful. It was close to the restaurants and shops. Arequipa is a walkable city, very beautiful.

Cons:

The water in the shower did not work; we had to use a different room to shower in. Lots of noise from the street.

Pros:

Good and clean room, nice and hot shower. They also provide shampoo which is appreciated. Allowed me to store my bags for the colca tour. Breakfast starts late but they allowed me to have it half an hour early to make it for my tour. Close to main square, 10 mins walk

Cons:

Staff is not very responsive, I messaged them on the app asking to arrange the transfer from bus station as I was arriving after midnight. Took them 2 days to respond and ask for additional info, after I provided they never responded. Ended up taking uber. Location is very dodgy during the night. I arrived around 1 am and there were quite a few suspiciously looking men on street and a “street worrier” woman. It was quite scary. Luckily uber driver waited till hotel star opened a door and let me in

Pros:

Que tuve una ruta que no había comentado que me iban a recoger muy temprano y estaba cerrada la puerta principal tuvieron la amabilidad de abrir la puerta .
