Nasty disgusting awful not fit for purpose

In January 2026
One month prior to arrival contacted hotel and booking.com to notified them
All about arrival time for 5:30am
No one got back to me
Upon arrival at 5:30am February 2026 This reception staff a big overweight man checked me in . Told me that the rooms is available my booking is honoured but if I want the room now at 5:30am , I will need to pay 50% extra , cause checked time is 10am , obviously reminded him that I contacted one month prior and if I had knew this 50% was applicable I would have made alternative arrangements.
I requested a receipt for this charge to show proof to booking.com Of the situation,

He then said I can reduce to 40% with no receipt

I said no I’ll take the receipt and pay the 50% charge
Cause I knew he was trying to rip
Me off and pocket the extra charge for himself

I will advise that no one stays at that hotel
It wa disgusting , dirty bed, no hot water. Nasty pillow
The place needed a good clean and paint and more up upto date photos
The photos do not match the accommodation.
The place was literally falling apart from floor to ceiling , the environmental mental
Health and health inspectors needs to pay visit and shut down the place .
Breakfast was disgustingly awful
The staff are rude and money grabbers
Thank god I was only there 2 nites
