Disappointed in my stay

For starters this hotel has gone completely down hill in the past year alone. Wifi sucks, rooms weren't clean, holes in walls, mold on shower curtain and ac unit was filthy moldy and the filter was broken, the foundation of the hotel itself looked to be falling apart especially beside my room. There were roaches, dirty towels, loud noises from the neighbors, even the linen had holes and stains on them. The front desk charged me for a service animal for my disabled son which they still assumed was a regular pet because of the breed. The first agent said no then the next agent when I extended said there is still a pet fee for a service animals which was bs. They charged my card $100. If i could've checked out early, I would have! I'm Completely disappointed with my stay. While it was sure stay and quality inn last year, it wasnt as bad. But now they are just money hungry because of the previous guests they've had. It's a shame!!!
