Υπέροχη εμπειρία φιλοξενίας! Το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Το πρωινό ήταν καταπληκτικό, με πλούσια ποικιλία από τοπικά αλλά και άλλα εκλεκτά εδέσματα. Η τοποθεσία, λίγο έξω από το κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων, ιδανική για ηρεμία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση στην πόλη.

Very nice stay with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Pros:

Two years after our first visit, we returned to the Lake Hotel. Clearly, our initial stay left us satisfied, and this time, we found everything even better. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped for comfort. The breakfast was significantly improved. The staff was very courteous. Overall, we give a thumbs up to Lake Hotel, and as frequent visitors to Ioannina, we will prefer it for our next stay.

Pros:

Comfy, spacious room and pet friendly! Modern rooms with nice bathrooms with both a bath and shower. Friendly restaurant staff and good dinner food from the a la carte menu.

Outside seating for breakfast with a nice enough view of the lakes and mountains.

Cons:

The shower head was in need of a replacement. When we mentioned it to the reception they asked the cleaning staff to clean it. They attempted to but it still wasn't the best condition so we didn't use it. As a 5 star hotel these things should be dealt with and unfortunately we found the reaction to this quite dismissive from the front desk staff.

Some of the rooms have a parking/road view which isn't made clear from the description at all.

For a hotel called "The Lake Hotel" its a shame there is no direct access to the lakeside for a walk.
