Pros:

Отель слабенький. Начиная с обстановки (особенно в ванной). Какая - то убогая синяя краска везде. Завтрак убогий делает сама администраторша вместе с горничной. Каша из крупной недоваренной овсянки, сделанной на скороварке,кофе слабенький, убогий кексик, кусочек сыра и ветчины за 300 рублей? Более профессиональный завтрак везде стоит 200 рублей. Уборка некачественная, после неё грязновато, да ещё горничная окно оставила открытым, и это в мороз! Словом, не понравилось. Единственный плюс - хороший район, близко Кремль и пешеходная Покровская улица, да ещё ночью тихо. Подушка очень большая и неудобная. Попросил более маленькую и плоскую подушку, но таковой не нашлось. А так, никому этот миниотель не посоветую.
