Pros:

No maid service, no toilet paper, no clean towels, queen mattress on floor, tub too small and not worth the extra cost, A/C filter was too clogged for airflow so remove these so you can have A/C. Part time front desk staff can rarely be found to remedy anything so I recommend staying at a real hotel like Duangtuwan for a better price that actually includes full breakfast. There is nothing nearby to walk to nearby and no guest parking either
