Our stay at Harmonia by Dukley was very disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid for the room.

One of the biggest issues is that none of the beaches are included in the room rate. If you want to use one of the private beaches, you have to pay extra, with prices starting at around €150 per person. Even the parking is not included and comes at an additional cost. In the end, you pay a very high price just to sleep there, while almost everything else requires an extra payment.

To make matters worse, the bathroom had a terrible smell, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. This made the stay even more unpleasant and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness.

Overall, the value for money is very poor. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better service, higher standards of cleanliness, and far more transparency about the additional costs.

קודם כל - משום מה שידרגו אותנו לסוויטה. אז החדר היה ענק - מעל ומעבר למצופה.
היה נקי ומתוקתק. ביקשנו ארוחות כשרות אז אכלנו במסעדת שלום של בית חבד.
הצוות נהדר - ממש שירותיים.

Cons:

הבריכה היא של מתחם דוקלי... זה אומר שצריך ללכת אליה או לנסוע בשירות הרכבי גולף שלהם. קצת התבאסנו שהבריכה לא במלון עצמו אבל זה לא היה ככ נורא.

We cant thank the Hotel and Staff enough for making our 20th Wedding Anniversary so special. We were given a free upgrade on Arrival and the Apartment was out of this world - will definitely be going back again x

Начиналось все нормально, а потом ужас.
Pros:

Хороший отель.

Cons:

У нас украли чемоданы прямо из машины на парковке. Отель предлагает сервис парковки авто. Ключи у них. И нам пригнали машину пустую. А потом понеслось. Все сразу решили что кража чемоданов не их проблема.

One of the best hotels. Great value for money.
Pros:

Saat 19 da havuzun kapanması tam bir fiyasko.
Deniz e giriş extra ücretli bir beach di. Ama 19 da denizide kapatmışlardı. Kahvaltı çok kötüydü.

Montenegro is very beautiful. The hotel is wonderful, but they try to overcharge at any oportunity.
Pros:

The service at reception was wonderful, efficient and very friendly.
The rooms were spacious and very clean.
The mini bar was great.
The restaurants by Dukley at the main hotel are very good. High quality food.
Very efficient valet parking.
Loved that they were dog friendly and accommodated our Pomi.

Cons:

The Shalom restaurant. The food there is NOT 4 star. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. The staff are pleasant.
Breakfast is included in the room price is served there. The food was set our early in the morning. The eggs were dry and tough. The salads mushy and not fresh. Although the cheeses were good. There is no fresh dairy milk, only soy milk.
My tip, don't book including breakfast and eat elsewhere. The lobby restaurant is called Benedict. It's so much better, although the service is very slow and you have to remind them constantly to bring out things.
The snack bar at the Infinity pool is also very expensive and they overcharge for items not taken or double or quadruple charge for items. We ordered 1 fish item and the bill showed 4! Then they argue with us making us feel very uncomfortable.
So check your bill. Several other people said the same.

הנוף מהחדר מטורף, ארוחת בוקר כשרה ומצוינת. הסעות מהמתחם לחוף ומשם לעיר העתיקה ב texi boat- נהדר! נהנינו מהבריכה. הצוות נענה לבקשות, מסביר פנים. המיטה ענקית ויש עוד ספה נפתחת גדולה. יש מלא מקום לאחסן את החפצים. בית חב"ד שבמלון מספק שירותי דת- תפילות, ארוחות שבת ונזוג המנהל אותו נחמד ביותר. כל המלון ערוך לשומרי שבת.

Cons:

חדר המקלחת והשירותים קטן, אין מקום להניח דברים. אין כוס למברשות שיניים. בנוסף המים דולפים מהמקלחת על הרצפה מסביב.
