תמורה טובה למחיר
Pros:

הצוות היה נעים הליכות ונתן שירות טוב ! קיבלנו שדרוג ללא תוספת לחדר עם נוף למפרץ. החדר גדול ומרווח. הספא נעים ומזמין - ללא תוספת מחיר.

Cons:

עקב מיעוט אורחים לא היה מזנון בארוחת הבוקר שהיתה דלה וזה מעט העיב על החווייה. אכלנו ארוחת ערב במסעדה שהיתה יקרה ביחס למסעדות העיר. החדרנית היתה אדיבה ושירותית!

Sadece kahvaltıya katıldım
Sade ancak herseyi bulabileceğiniz bir açık büfesi var. Güzel bir manzara ,Servis ekibi güler yüzlü ve iyiler büfe harici mönü deki yiyecekler lezzetli idi .

Cons:

Otel odalarının üstünde apartmanlar var ve sabah 08.00 tamirat çalışması yaptılar ama bu otelin suçu değil yinede çok rahatsız edici idi.

מקום נהדר צוות נהדר וגם יש אוכל כשר , אידיאלי גם לשומרי שבת , יש בית חב"ד בתוך המלון .

Cons:

החניה עולה כסף , וגם לא נותנים להכנס עם הרכב עד המלון כי טוענים שזה כניסה לחניה עירונית.

Vi fikk sen utsjekk uten ekstra kostnad, og i tillegg spanderte hotellet garasjeparkering på oss – en veldig positiv overraskelse. Personalet i resepsjonen var svært hyggelige og imøtekommende. Rommet var fint, med komfortabel seng og flott utsikt. Takk for at dere gjorde oppholdet fint for oss!

חוויה יוצאת דופן, תמורה מלאה למחיר!!!
המלון ממוקם מתחם יפה ומושקע מול נוף עוצר נשימה. הגעתי עם אמא שלי ואחותי והחדרים שהוצעו לנו היו מחוברים עם דלת. החדרים חדישים, יפים נוחים ונקיים אך ללא נוף שלא התאימו לצרכים שלנו. ביקשנו אופציות נוספות ונתנו לנו חדר מהמם, מעוצב, בקומה גבוה עם מרפסת, נוף, סלון ומיטבח ללא תוספת תשלום והכל במאור פנים ואדיבות.
יש ספא מפנק עם סאונה וג'קוזי ללא עלות נוספת ועיסוי בתשלום נוסף. כל יום החליפו מגבות וסידרו את החדר. בקבלה היו מאוד נחמדים וקשובים לכל בקשה.
האירוח כלל ארוחת בוקר במסעדת השלום של בית חב"ד שממוקם במלון.
לשבת קיבלנו מפתח לחדר, במקום כרטיס דיגיטלי. ערכנו סעודות ותפילות בבית חב"ד שמשופץ מאוד יפה והיה נעים לשהות בו. תודות לרב ולרבנית.
כדי להגיע למרכז העיר השתמשנו במוניות, (7 קד' בערך).
