Sehr schönes Hotel, nettes Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich, tolles All-Inclusive Angebot, gute Lage nahe allen Tiroler Sehenswürdigkeiten

Die Info, dass man zu Wolfsklamm mit der Zimmerkarte umsonst reinkommt, war leider zu spät 😅

Leckeres Essen, die Ausstattung sehr schön.Und der Wellness Bereich ist toll!

Cons:

Die Düfte für die Sauna wurden nicht aufgefüllt.
Das ganze Geschirr stand mittag wie abends endlos lange auf den Tischen und wurde nicht abgeräumt.
Zu unserem Zeitpunkt stand auch Stigl Bier in der Karte aber es wird dort nur Spaten ausgeschenkt.Dies müsste man schon anpassen, da auch niemand darauf hingewiesen hat.
Toll wäre auch noch alkoholfreier Wein/Sekt den man sich dort auch mittags (bei all inclusive)nehmen kann.

Alles war super. Grosse Zimmer. Sehr moderne und saubere Wellnessanlage. Hervorragendes Essen. Super Unterhaltung und Programm. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles lief unkompliziert ab und wir wurden nach Strich und Faden verwöhnt. Vielen lieben Dank. Super Preis-Leistungsangebot. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Très bien comme nous l’avons connu il y’a 10 ans

Communication avec personnel de restauration Le français peu compris sauf en accueil où nous avons été très bien aidés pour un problème à notre voiture.Le personnel de bar très bien surtout Carmen.les piscines au top et la nourriture convenable .

Das Konzept beim Abendessen mit servieren des Essens am Platz dauert teilweise sehr lange. Hier passt einfach die Gästeanzahl nicht mit dem vorhandenen Personal.
