Pros:

Lage war top. Personal an der Bar sehr gut.

Cons:

Kaffeetassen und Wassergläser ständig leer. Die gesamte Woche im Wellnessbereich keine frischen Handtücher vorhanden. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt. Kinder jeden Alters auch in Bereichen, die erst ab 16 Jahren sind.

Pros:

Das ganze Paket mit den hübschen Zimmern, die superschöne und grosse Wellnessanlage, das leckere und vielfältige Essen.
Das nette Personal, das immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Mittelmäßig, die Versprechungen des Hotels lassen mehr erhoffen. Es gibt aber sicher auch deutlich schönere Zimmer

Wellnessbereich, Lage Nähe der Wolfsklamm

Cons:

Balkon zum Parkplatz mit Autolärm, veraltete Ausstattung (Mini-Föhn, der staubig war), keine Lüftung in der Toilette. Service kommt nicht hinterher

la palestra e l'intrattenimento serale.
carino il free bar fino alle 22:30 (anche se ne ho usufruito al max 4 volte)
buono il profumo delle asciugamani

Cons:

cibo di bassa qualità sia a colazione (solo prodotti congelati e senza nessuna torta) che a cena. Solo il sabato il menù era di discreto livello in quanto presumibilmente corrisponde al picco di presenze.
Pulizia stanza che lascia a desiderare, con pavimento sempre sporco. mai cambiate le lenzuola durante il soggiorno (6 notti) ed il materasso era scomodissimo.
Spa molto limitata e piccola.

Sehr gut.
Das essen war unglaublich lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr schön

Cons:

Wir hatten bei der Dusche sehr schlechter Wasserdruck und der Föhn war dreckig. Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
