Pros:

I like the dove products and all the extra pillows .and they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste .

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast even though we were told there was . We had to have a ticket apparently and it was very awkward when we went into the restaurant all confused as of what to do and we didn't have a ticket so when we asked the lady said our room didn't I clude breakfast. I was under the impression all rooms did . Anyhow there was no explanation provided so we just left. the morning staff weren't very welcoming Or informative . Night staff was great .

Pros:

Facility in nice area. Over all the building very nice and neat.

Cons:

Room next door was smoking weed and cigars . Had to spray lysol for smoke smell. Also pillow smelled like feet. Also had to dust the bed off due to possible fleas. We stayed in room 810.

Pros:

I liked the restaurant and how accommodating they were with us. The hotel staff were also very helpful.

Cons:

The cleaning can be improved. The rooms were dusty especially at the corners of the room where the AC was. I had to ask the cleaning staff to vacum because I got major allergies.

Cons:

I think hotels are way OVERPRICED here in California. I'm sure you would survive dropping the price a hundred to a hundred and fifty a night.
Also, when a family of 4 books a room, there should be enough towels for each to shower. We had to call and ask and wait for bedding for the second bed. Then later call and ask for towels when we realized there weren't enough for the 4 of us.
