Good stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and service-minded. The breakfast was ok, but the choices were limited. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool area - comfortable chairs, clean, all in all very nice area.

Cons:

The AC in the room was very noisy. There is virtually no noise insulation between the rooms and corridors. We could hear everything from the neighbor rooms and people walking in the corridor. I wish the coffee shop had longer opening hours.

Pros:

The check-in person was great. Check-in was seamless. The checkout process was super easy also which is helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice.

Cons:

It was clean in the bathroom but there was hair in the bathtub already when I first got there on the wall of the shower that for sure did not belong to us so that was unpleasant. The noise levels outside of the room could have been quieter but that’s not necessarily the hotel’s fault.

I like the dove products and all the extra pillows .and they gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste .

Cons:

No complimentary breakfast even though we were told there was . We had to have a ticket apparently and it was very awkward when we went into the restaurant all confused as of what to do and we didn't have a ticket so when we asked the lady said our room didn't I clude breakfast. I was under the impression all rooms did . Anyhow there was no explanation provided so we just left. the morning staff weren't very welcoming Or informative . Night staff was great .
