Great first visit, very poor second visit
Pros:

The location is great, as are the cleaning staff.

I stayed one night the week before and had such a good experience I decided to return, but unfortunately didn't have the same experience at all.

Cons:

Check in was delayed and complicated. I was first given a key that didn't work, then another which also didn't work, then a different room which hadn't been cleaned, then another room with no key until 'IT' were available several hours later.

Service in the top floor restaurant/bar is very poor. At times I waited 15mins before anyone approached me, so I left. Other times my food never arrived, with no apology.

Despite communicating this to several staff members and managers, nothing at all was offered to rectify this.
