All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
The entry and registration of minors in the hotel must be carried out by one of their parents, presenting the birth certificate and the identity document of the minors. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it must be done by the adult responsible for the minor, who must have authorization from at least one of the parents. The authorization must be signed and validated by one of the parents, and must also indicate that the minor is under their care.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.

Goos lication, staff were great to help solve an issue with the room selected via Booking.com and gave us a room upgrade without additional cost.
I selected a room based in the information provided on Booking.com. to my surprise, and thanks to the reception staff that were very honest about it, the room didn't have real windows or view.
The room specifications didn't mention anything about the window, and the pictures available are not accurate

Me pusieron en la habitación 801 y pedí que me cambiaran porque estaba encima de los motores, incluso asumiendo un precio mayor, y me cambiaron a la 1201 porque decían que allí no sonaban, y en el silencio de la noche era como estar encima de ellos, con lo que tuve que usar tapones, menos mal que fue una noche.

El menú del desayuno podría ser más variado.
La amplitud de la habitación.
Dice que es un hotel apto para personas en silla de ruedas y que hay acceso por ascensor; sin embargo, para ingresar a la cafetería hay un tramo de escaleras. Tienen una silla automática, pero mi familiar tiene miedo a estos elementos. Tuve que estar subiendo y bajando los platos del desayuno para atender a mi familiar. Varios días me colaboró la sra de la recepción del restaurante; pero el último día ya ella no estaba y quien cumplía esa función me vio bajar y subir sin moverse. Por otro lado, tampoco se puede acceder a la piscina, pues el ascensor deja al huesped un piso abajo y hay dos palmos complejos de acceso para llegar. Otra vez mi familiar no puedo subir por miedo. Me dieron un día de compensación en otro hotel. Pero, no cumplen lo que dice la descripción del hotel. También, había un olor horrible en la habitación. Lo reporté varias veces y llegaron funcionarios a revisarlo. Se mejoraba por horas, pero no algo definitivo. Algo imposible de suceder en una suite superior de más de 80 mts. También tuve que pedir servicio a la habitación, para el televisor, graduación del aire acondicionado, varias veces. Es un hotel con un muy mal mantenimiento. El costo de minibar es elevado.
Las camas son cómodas.
El trato del personal es fatal. Son groseros y no te solucionan nada. En el restaurante me tiraron comida y los trastes estaban sucios 🤮
Las habitaciones están conectadas entre sí, entonces si solo ocupas una habitación se conecta con otra aunque pagues la habitación superior, lo cual no genera nada de seguridad. Las habitaciones tienen remaches que pareciera que aún está en construcción.
Al comentarlo en recepción me dijeron que las habitaciones estaban hechas para viajes en familia y por eso se conectaban.
Ubicación frente al mar y habitación Junior suite excelente tamaño y balcón.
El hotel tiene algunas políticas que incomodan, ejemplo no permitir el ingreso de mi hermano al hotel, mientras espero para salir a un tour, o cuando llueve torrencial, me prestan un paraguas pero no puedo sacarlo del hotel, extraño por decirlo de una forma coloquial.
