All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and nonresidents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. This amount will be added to the room rate. Package rates are exempt from this 19% VAT.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The location alone is a win — steps from the mall, restaurants, bars, and shopping, so you're never far from what you need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was genuinely good (not just "hotel good"), and the staff? The rooftop pool area was nice and relaxing. Consistently kind, professional, and actually accommodating — not just going through the motions. Solid stay all around. Would book again without hesitation. The property itself has a lot going for it.
This is NOT on the hotel, but there was active construction directly in front of the hotel. Early morning to late at night — and you can hear all of it. As beachgoers, it affected our experience enough that we ended up relocating further down. If you're a light sleeper or planning a relaxing beach trip, just factor that in ahead of time because you can also hear a lot of the street traffic. The construction finished on the last day of our trip.

Trate de contratar un tour en el hotel para ir a las islas rosario. La señorita me dio un valor por el tour y después al momento de pagar me estaba cobrando 100 mil pesos más. Intento convencerme q ese era el valor q me había informado, pero como estábamos seguros q no era así, anulamos la transacción. Sentí q me estaban estafando

There was alot of leaking, there was alot of construction across the street and we couldn’t really sleep.

Sometimes the staff didn’t have gloves when they made drink for example I saw one of the guy put slice of lemon on the glass as a docoration without gloves . I also saw one of the staff put onion on the pizza without without gloves
A lot of space for the price
The location isn’t the best, its next to abandoned building, although it is directly across from the beach. The area isn’t that safe, I recommend staying in the walled city if you wanna be near all the night life. There was also a roach.

Deje reclamo porque inicialmente reservé por 4 días al llegar al hotel debía inicialmente solo 3 días y me pidieron hacer el cambio por la plataforma de booking al hacer esto el valor de la reserva lo aumentaron de 680 a 1 millón, lo cual es un robo. El hotel confirma que no es su culpa que es responsabilidad de booking.
