All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and nonresidents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. Nos toco una semana con muchas lluvias, como nunca se había visto. En el hotel había una agencia de viajes que ofrecía tours, contratamos uno, que nunca se hizo debido a las lluvias y a que el puerto estuvo cerrado, quedaron de devolver el dinero y hasta el momento pasado mas de un mes aun no aparece la devolución, si bien no esta dentro de lo que es el hotel, pero trabajan y deberían dejar buena imagen.

The hotel is very close to the beach and shops in the 'Little Miami' area, but you need a taxi to get into the more interesting old fort and historic areas of Cartagena.
The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options and I loved the balcony and view of the beach from it.

De junior suite is heel groot! Zwembad op de hoogste verdieping buiten is prima maar soms druk.
Er werd pal tegenover het hotel en de boulevard op het strand druk gebouwd. Daar moest je dus omheen lopen om bij de zee te komen. Maar dit lijkt een tijdelijke tegenvaller
Servicio, disposición, calidad, desayuno, colaboración con requerimientos (viaje con un niño y solicite que me calentaran una comida para él y nos llevaron un microondas a la habitación del cual dispusimos toda la estancia)
Nos gustó todo… solo haría la recomendación de contar con colgador o tendedero de ropa en balcon, para secar ropa (la mayoría de los tour son a islas en los cuales se humedece la ropa y dado el clima cuesta que ésta seque)

Só faltou duas cadeiras no quarto. Nós trabalhamos quando em viagem, a internet era boa, ms faltou duas cadeiras e se possível, uma mesa de trabalho, tipo escrivaninha.
Ya me había alojado anteriormente allí, todo muy bien, un lindo hotel.
Solo dos sugerencias, cambiar el puntero de la ducha bidet, es muy grande y eso hace que no sea miy práctico y desplazar el estante sobre el inodoro, está en una posición donde es muy probable golpearse la cabeza.
