All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and nonresidents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and an ocean view. The beds are wide and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, safe, wardrobe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, table and chair, and air conditioning. Everything works, everything is great. The bathroom is separated by a separate large section and is spacious, with amenities for the disabled. Hairdryer, shower set. Cleaning every day, soundproofing. Non-smoking floor. The buffet is varied, lots of fruits and vegetables. I liked the soups. On the 4th floor there is a spa, massage, fitness, jacuzzi, and Turkish sauna. Near the hotel there is a beach, cross the road. There are many supermarkets nearby: ARO, D1, many restaurants, a shopping center 500 meters away. The old town is 2.5 km walk or 10 minutes by car. The area is safe, touristy. In the evening it is easy to walk and have fun

La piscine très agréable, les cocktails y sont excellents et le personnel très aimable et aux petits soins pour les clients. Nous avions réservé une suite qui était immense avec deux salles de bains, télé dans chaque chambre, c’était tout simplement parfait pour notre séjour avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le ménage pouvait être fait tous les jours sur demande sinon aux deux jours. Nous avions une cuisinette mais non équipée (pas d’ustensiles ni vaisselle) et le frigo trop petit pour y conserver des aliments (fonction mini bar uniquement).
Malheureusement ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais nous avions une vue sur un immeuble en construction abandonné depuis un certain temps. Nous avions cependant la surprise d’avoir tout de même une vue sur la mer alors que ce n’était pas indiqué lors du choix de la chambre. La plage en face de l’hôtel était également en construction ce qui a rendu l’environnement à proximité de l’hôtel peu agréable. La plage de l’hôtel est surveillé par quelqu’un de l’hôtel ce qui est rassurant, cependant les transats sont vieillots et très peu confortables. La plage n’est pas très propre (beaucoup de tesson de bouteilles) et les vendeurs sont trop insistants pour rendre le temps passé à la plage agréable. De plus, un employé du bar de la plage m’a réclamé 70,000 pesos pour un simple mojito alors qu’après vérification le prix au bar était de 40,000. Demander bien le prix avant de commander un verre sur la plage. Malheureusement pour ces raisons je ne recommande pas cette plage. Pour un court séjour à Carthagène l’hôtel est parfait si on visite la ville en journée et qu’on profite de la piscine en fin de journée (attention elle ferme cependant à 19h).

If we wanted to bring a guest to our room for a few mi utes there was a 240 thousand person charge or the cost of a night. Ridiculous when the lobby area is not specious enough to have friends come and see you.
