All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
Property requires that the credit card used to make the reservation is presented at check-in with an valid ID. The property reserves the right to reject reservations at check-in if the requirement isn't met.
In case that the cardholder isn't the same as the guest, the hotel requires a clear copy of the credit card and photo ID (front and back) signed by the cardholder. The property will cancel any reservation suspicious of using fraudulent credit cards.
In accordance with Colombian tax laws, a 19% VAT is applied to Colombian residents and nonresidents who do not have the PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 or TP12 visa when entering the country. This amount will be added to the room rate. Package rates are exempt from this 19% VAT.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. No haber disfrutado mas tiempo
Un peu déçue en règle générale…bien en dessous de mes attentes étant donné le prix que j’ai payé pour 2 nuits.
L’établissement est vieillot, les chambres sans âme et pourtant j’avais une suite vue sur la mer pour me faire LE petit plaisir du séjour. L’accès à la plage est une sacrée blague. Il y a en tout 18 transats et 9 parasols pour un hôtel de 22 étages. Impossible d’avoir une place à moins d’y aller à 7h du matin j’imagine?
Le petit déjeuner n’est vraiment pas bon comparé à tout ce que j’ai pu avoir en Colombie.
Grosse déception par rapport à ce que j’espérais et ce que j’avais vu sur les photos.
Exemple ci joint : vue de la piscine sur l’immeuble délabré en face.
Si vous cherchez du charme et un quartier agréable, passez votre chemin.

No es culpa de ellos, pero hay un edificio casi en frente que está sin terminar de construir y daña un poco la vista de la zona de piscina

It was expensive for what it was. The wifi was pretty awful - it kept dropping. There is a building site opposite the hotel, right on the beach, which wasn't great.

Excelente ubicación, están construyendo un hotel al lado y arreglando la playa al frente, pero tiene sus propias carpas en la playa y no hubo ruidos incómodos.
