SunRose Beach Aparthotel

Deux jours avant notre arrivée j'ai adressé un mail à l'hôtel pour prévenir de notre arrivée tardive
J'ai reçu une réponse le lendemain m'indiquant que l'hôtel était complet (sur réservation)
Il nous a été proposé soit d'annuler soit de dormir dans des appartements proches
Les petits déjeuners et des cocktails nous ont été offerts en compensation ce qui est correct
Ce qui l'est moins est de n'avoir eu l'information que la veille de notre arrivée
L'appartement proposé était vétuste sale et la literie catastrophique
Par contre le personnel de l'hôtel a été très agréable
Qui plus est Stamatis parle parfaitement le Français et a pu nous conseiller restaurants et ballades à faire
L'hôtel est super bien placé et la petite ville d'Acharavi très sympa
Bref tout aurait été bien sans ce gros problème de sur réservation

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft um sich zu entspannen und Ruhe zu finden. Die Pool area ist traumhaft, der Strand ist direkt zugänglich(Wasserschuhe sind zu empfehlen ,gilt für ganze Insel,aber nach ein paar Metern Steinen kommt Sand) und kristallklar und sehr lange flach, und der Services ist super. 3 super nette Männer führen das Aparthotel und gehen auf alle Frühstückswünsche ein. Die Cocktails schmecken auch super. Ich empfehle den Ginger Margarita und den Mojito. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Oktober und konnten ein paar letzte Sonnentage genießen.

Absolutely perfect location on the beach front, giving ideal access to both Acharavi and Roda. The apartments were clean, modern and comfortable. The pool was pristine and due to having only 6 apartments there was always lots of space. The pool bar does tremendous food and drinks, and the service from the 3 gentlemen working there was the best part of our stay. We will return for sure. Fresh Fruit Corfu.

Oltre alla piscina, bella e pulita, le camere, silenziose, comode e pulite e la posizione stessa della struttura a due passi dal mare. Il vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura è quello di sentirsi a casa, grazie alla professionalità ma soprattutto alla gentilezza e la positività dei tre ragazzi che gestiscono questo meraviglioso hotel: spyros, stamatis e stefanos. Oltre alla simpatia questi ragazzi sono anche pieni di bravura e attenzione alla qualità. Ogni mattina la colazione che ci preparavano era fantastica (consiglio la greek e gli hamburger), come anche i cocktail serali. Ma soprattutto sono stati molto utili nel consigliarci posti da visitare e dove mangiare, dato che tutti e tre sono di Corfú. Che altro dire, è stata una vacanza completa che ci ha permesso di rilassarci, mangiare bene, vedere delle spiagge fantastiche ma anche divertirsi la sera. Consiglio questa struttura sia a famiglie che coppie che ad amici, perché il sunrose ti permette veramente di trovare quello di cui hai veramente bisogno.

Beautiful property ran by equally beautiful people. The standard of accommodation exceeded our expectations and the service and friendliness of our hosts wowed us every day we were there. The property and the people deserve all the success that I'm sure will come there way.
