The property was nice and clean, but needs updating.
The tub was stopped up. When I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up with water. The bathroom door was hard to open. It was dragging the floor. Couldn’t find good tv stations. The refrigerator leaked water. The air conditioner made noise all night. A dog in the next room was barking a lot.
The housekeeper was so friendly, very polite with us .
The people how made the salsa for breakfast it’s so good. And were very friendly thank you .
It was an over priced for one night and no complimentary breakfast, that disappointed by that.
Comfortable beds
The location was great, and there was a gift shop on site. I know carpet down the hallways makes things quieter, but it makes it hard for wheelchair wheels to roll to the room.
The gift shop was hot, and the staff were rude to my son when he asked to go into the gift shop. He was told that unless he was buying something, they weren't opening the door. I'm sorry, but looking through the glass door, you can't tell what's inside the gift shop that you would need to go inside.
The breakfast server was very nice
The room was dirty under the bed I found a beer can and salsa packets that were not mine the shower had hair in it before I could use it the shower head did not work the toilet took 30 mins to refill so I could use it again the hallway and elevator smelled like smoke and when I was having trouble with the WiFi and called for help the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all

Hotel staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and the shower drain drained so slowly water was pooling in the tub. There was visible water damage on the ceiling. The entire room was significantly more humid than the hallway outside. Breakfast started too late to be of use.

The only thing I would change is a fluffy but stiffer pillow. I probably should’ve asked for a different one so maybe that’s my fault.
Room was nice
When I booked the hotel I paid extra to include breakfast. The breakfast was awful. Very few selections, not tasty, overall below average quality.
