Pros:

Hotel staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and the shower drain drained so slowly water was pooling in the tub. There was visible water damage on the ceiling. The entire room was significantly more humid than the hallway outside. Breakfast started too late to be of use.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel staff was great. Helpful and kind.
Every morning Betsy was there at breakfast helping us and always smiling. Made us feel like old friends.
😃 She’s one reason we’ll be coming back
All the staff were very nice and friendly 😀

Cons:

The only thing I would change is a fluffy but stiffer pillow. I probably should’ve asked for a different one so maybe that’s my fault.

The breakfast was good!! And we love the lobby!

Cons:

We didn't have hot water to take a shower... And no body wash it was only shampoo and conditioner but no body wash and no HOT WATER!!! But the staff was friendly

I absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful inside and outside. Clean, beautiful, great staff, great location, comfortable beds, great shower pressure, nice size rooms. Indoor and outdoor pool. Great WiFi. I had two rooms for myself,my daughter and her husband and grandchildren. We had connecting rooms, and it was a wonderful weekend getaway 🥰

Cons:

The only issue was the breakfast. It was $14.99 per person, buffet style, with not many options, food was cold and tasteless. The only good thing was the fruit. So it will definitely be my go to hotel when I visit my family in Dallas, but I will eat breakfast elsewhere. 🤗
