Love the house. It had everything and was so cozy!!
The staff member when checking in never made eye contact with me nor did i see her name eye contact with anyone in front of me checking in, another staff member later that night when I respectfully asked what times was breakfast he never looked at me either he just tapped with his pen a small sign next to him and then laughed at me for not noticing a small 8x 10 sign then kept on with his conversation with another staff member. I was humiliated so i just walked away although i looked at the sign when he tapped it i didn't fully retain the information because i was embarrassed. The elevators take a long while to open from the floor we were on and the waiting area had no air conditioning so its was hot and uncomfortable. When we got to the room and used the bathroom we notice there was no shower curtain and only one towel no other towels at all this is for two people. I called downstairs requesting for a shower curtain the front desk staff member didn't apologize only said someone will be there yet no one ever showed up to install the curtain or provide towels so we had to shower without a curtain and with one towel because we were so tired from our 9 hr trip we just wanted to go to bed. Also breakfast was $14.95 per person so we decided to skip it the next morning and grab something after check out. Overall one of the worst stays of all time and we've traveled for many years staying at different hotels with experiences that didn't compare to this one. The reason i didn't complain right there and then was because I figured since it was one night we would try to make the best of it, our lesson learned when we travel this area again we will not be staying at this location again and will not be chosing this chain of hotels plus I did not have the energy or time to speak to the manager, just wish our stay would of been better.
Nothing I will never stay again the staff was rude I booked an payed for king room they gave me to full beds for the same price when it was cheaper then the room I booked AC was not working they didn’t have anymore rooms the bath tub was painted the picture of the hotel didn’t look like what I walked into nasty
No parking staff was rude
The breakfast was ok, not great, just ok. The sausage was below standard. I had to tell the person doing the breakfast that it starts at 6 am... he though it didn't start till 7 am.
The first room I was assigned, the phone did not work. So I was assigned another room, that room the door did not lock... I could just push the door open. So I was assigned a third room that finally worked.
