Hadley Resort and Marina

Bernadette and Vickie were great host. Always smiling and both went out of their way to help in anyway. Grounds and pool were in good shape Rooms need a little more attention. This resort is a good fit for families that spend the majority of their time outdoors. Throughout our stay we didn’t run into any disgruntled guest and I believe this was because of great customer service.

This place was awesome It was the perfect location off the water. I had a king bed with an ocean view and a balcony. Which was very spacious and I loved it. Everything was clean and neat. The pricing was affordable. The view was magnetic and the guest and the people were great. I enjoyed their treatment. The breakfast was very delicious. They have a lot of ventures that you can try. But I must say this day was very peaceful and loving. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a quiet, peaceful vacation to enjoy. Gisele and Thomas made sure everything was perfect and all my needs were meant. I’m definitely gonna be coming back.

Amazing place!! Quiet,peaceful and relaxing!! Staff at the counter are awesome!! Our second year in a row staying here and I’m sure we will be back!!

Room had now chairs or dressers. Dirty rage on shower curtain. Could feel the springs on the mattress. Walls were thin, could here the family next to us.

Had a great time at Hadley resort - everyone was super nice and everything was super clean!

TOP SHELF STAFF: Bernadette warmly welcomed us at our late night unscheduled arrival with a HUGE cheery smile & checked us in quickly. We had a simple housekeeping issue Bernadette addressed, which I mentioned to Andres when checking out the next morning, Andreas more than made it right in the most professional manner possible. Comfortable rooms, nice patio area, small pool and private beach areas.

Finding a condo that was clean, had two bedrooms, kitchen , was pet friendly, and had a boat slip to park our boat, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and all other amenities that you could ask for, while being within walking distance of several nice restaurants, breweries, and stores the Hadley Resort and Marina fit our needs perfectly.
The management and staff were amazing to work with. Andres fulfilled our stay in every way. We highly recommend Hadley Resort and Marina for your stay while in the Keys!

The people in the front office were so kind. We were greeted every morning with a smile and they always had suggestions and tips to enhance our stay. We had to leave early due to an emergency at home and the manager , Thomas, and employee, Vickaya, guided us through what we needed to do to get a partial refund. They were very helpful! The views are beautiful here and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Great time!

Waterfront-great sunrise view! Mostly central location to Islamorada. Very competitive pricing. Room was clean, with no odors. Didn't try the pool, but it looked clean.

Un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, lo recomiendo. La cama y las almohadas estaban bien limpias, muy comodas. el desayuno exelente y variado. El hotel me encanto, es bonito y un tanto romantico. El staff proporciona un exelente servicio, son muy profecionales y amables. Definitivamente volvere.

Beware- management is impossible to get a hold of. We had several issues that were never resolved.

Pros- resort property is beautiful and the oceanfront view was very pretty. Having a boat rental option on site was very convenient and the boat guys took great care of us.

Cons- maintenance and housekeeping are totally non-responsive. We did not have any bedding for one of our beds and after being promised by the front desk it would be delivered, it was not. We finally had to walk up to the front desk at bedtime and insist they handed us bedding right then. Patio door was sealed shut and unable to open for our entire trip. Would’ve been nice to get some fresh air! Maintenance never came to fix that and we requested that immediately upon arrival. But of all these issues, the worst was that my daughter came home loaded with bedbug bites. I’m still trying to get a hold of management to let them know that #103 pullout couch is infested. I tried messaging on the website, calling in, and even tried to leave a voicemail but of course the resort voicemail box is full. I’m totally shocked that a “resort” would have no way to connect with management.

Loved location and view. Staff was always friendly.
