Our winter break in Islamorada!
Pros:

The people in the front office were so kind. We were greeted every morning with a smile and they always had suggestions and tips to enhance our stay. We had to leave early due to an emergency at home and the manager , Thomas, and employee, Vickaya, guided us through what we needed to do to get a partial refund. They were very helpful! The views are beautiful here and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Great time!

Great sunrise view!
Pros:

Waterfront-great sunrise view! Mostly central location to Islamorada. Very competitive pricing. Room was clean, with no odors. Didn't try the pool, but it looked clean.

Cons:

Small room. No bathroom vent fan. The beds weren't very comfortable for me.

Mi estancia fue estupenda
Pros:

Un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, lo recomiendo. La cama y las almohadas estaban bien limpias, muy comodas. el desayuno exelente y variado. El hotel me encanto, es bonito y un tanto romantico. El staff proporciona un exelente servicio, son muy profecionales y amables. Definitivamente volvere.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto es que pague extra por tener una habitacion con vistas al mar como se veia en las fotos y cuando llegue me dieron una habitacion que si queria ver el mar tenia que sacar la cabeza dela baranda del balcon. El Shower estaba un poco sucio, pero llegue cansada del tour y me quede con ella, hable con la chica front Desk y me dijo que me devolverian el dinero que pague extra por la vista.

Beware- Poor management and unresolved issues left us disappointed
Pros:

Beware- management is impossible to get a hold of. We had several issues that were never resolved.

Pros- resort property is beautiful and the oceanfront view was very pretty. Having a boat rental option on site was very convenient and the boat guys took great care of us.

Cons- maintenance and housekeeping are totally non-responsive. We did not have any bedding for one of our beds and after being promised by the front desk it would be delivered, it was not. We finally had to walk up to the front desk at bedtime and insist they handed us bedding right then. Patio door was sealed shut and unable to open for our entire trip. Would’ve been nice to get some fresh air! Maintenance never came to fix that and we requested that immediately upon arrival. But of all these issues, the worst was that my daughter came home loaded with bedbug bites. I’m still trying to get a hold of management to let them know that #103 pullout couch is infested. I tried messaging on the website, calling in, and even tried to leave a voicemail but of course the resort voicemail box is full. I’m totally shocked that a “resort” would have no way to connect with management.

Was a wonderful honeymoon location.
Pros:

Loved location and view. Staff was always friendly.

Cons:

Bed was creaky and felt like it had been around for a century or two.

Disappointing. Looks like management has let the resort go and shouldn’t be charging what they do.
Pros:

Location was very pretty being next to the water and in close proximity to different attractions

Cons:

Front desk customer service was so poor. We checked in and was given a room that was completely run down, dirty and furniture was full of stains. They switched us to a different room that was still not really cleaned and didn’t have basics such towels and linen. It took 2 hours making multiple trips to the front desk where the lady there -Skylar, kept giving me sheets that were too small for the sofa bed and when I asked her for towels for a room that was to accommodate 6 people she gave me 2 hand towels and said that’s all I can give you. When I questioned her, she just told me “ I just worked the front desk”. It was very frustrating for what I paid to stay there. No customer service whatsoever.

The Hadley provided convenience to my event. I would stay again.
Pros:

I travel with a personal watercraft trailer. I was provided with ample parking and ramp access. It was my primary concern since I was meeting a large group. The hotel met my expectations as far as access to the water. I will use it again.

Cons:

The ground level ice maker was broken. Had to walk a good distance to another machine for ice. The breakfast bar can be improved. No hot meals to eat. Everything was hand grab foods like snack bars and such. Had to scramble for breakfast places in the area which took a while to find.

Great stay!
Pros:

Our stay at the Hadley resort was great. Bernadette took very good care of us to make sure that all of our needs were met. We stayed in one of the pool villas and it was very nice as we were only 10 feet away from the pool out our back door. We were close to everything but yet off of the main road, so it was really nice. Very peaceful.

Pros:

Location is perfect! Ocean views and peaceful! Rooms are satisfactory! King bed ok! Could use an upgraded mattress and the queen bed mattress could also be upgraded! Value is great! In the thick of things lots of things are walkable and resort does provide a continental breakfast!

It was ok.
Pros:

Good location, light breakfast provided, friendly staff, mini beach area was nice

Cons:

Room floors were extremely dirty. Walked around barefoot after arrival and the soles of my feet were black. The pullout sofa bed was also visibly dirty (or stained dirty). Made me question overall cleanliness.

There are better choices
Pros:

We chose Hadley House because of location and availability of kayaks, bikes and paddle boards. The room (401) was nice, comfy beds, beautiful view, loud kids in the room next door. In the morning I went to the lobby for coffee and the man at the desk said “we’re out of coffee.” I asked to borrow paddle boards and he gave me vests and 2 paddles- one for a board, one for a kayak, he said the other paddles were broken. We went to the beach and there was only one paddle board, no kayaks. When we went back to the desk the man said “oh, I didn’t know that.” So we borrowed the bikes- there are only 2 for the whole “resort.” I sent two emails to the office before posting this review but got no response to either. There are lots of choices of places to stay, this place, at over $500. for our room, this was definitely not the right choice.
