I had a good time. Parking is very stressful.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Free laundry was an excellent perk.

Cons:

No windows. Irresponsible parking recommendations.

Es gab tagsüber gratis Tee/Kaffee in der Lobby

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war ziemlich schmutzig,das Bad war so klein, dass sich die Tür nicht vollständig öffnen lies weil das Waschbecken im Weg war

Friendly staff and prison/hostel like rooms but close to beach.
Pros:

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They are the great part of the hotel. But rooms are horrible, small prison like.

Cons:

The rooms were not as pictured. It is much smaller than shown, doors do not shut to bathroom. There is just metal bed, rough mattress, one small shelf with old phone on it to place anything near bed. Very prison feeling. Also, having carpet on patio with the rain made it worse and mushy and gross.

Pros:

the room is just minimal, not even a chair or a table. Photo of the rooms are deceiving. Location great. No privacy as the windows are the Hawaiian style window where sound travel through. If they can replace the window with traditional US windows, that would be a big upgrade.

Pre - cruise stay....
Pros:

An overnight stay prior to boarding a cruise. Easy Uber from airport and to cruise port. Very comfortable, clean. Quiet room. Appreciated the book exchange. Morning coffee / tea bar downstairs was a bonus. Easy walk to food market and 1 block from the beach. Staff were friendly, efficient at check-in/-out and helpful. Excellent price in comparison to surrounding hotels. Our flights were late and we were sorry we missed a whole afternoon to explore the area more from this location. Will definitely stay again!

Quaint but noisy
Pros:

We had the smallest room with no space. Insufficient parking where you have to hope there is space, or you have to pay more to park further away. The restaurant across the street has a live band that plays all hours of the night. Current construction projects impact driving and noise as well.

You pay $15/day to only have access to a coffee bar and beach supplies.

Otherwise the room was kept clean and the staff were really friendly. It is within walking distance of the heart of tourist central Waikīkī, so in that regard, it is convenient.
