Excelente ubicación para estar cerca del centro de convenciones Ágora

Muy lento el servicio del desayuno. El personal de recepción me hizo la vida imposible con una persona a la que había invitado, no dejandola entrar a la habitación hasta que esté el total de las noches pagas, ni tomando su tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Lo hicieron esperar mas de una hora en el lobby hasta que no fue alguien a pagarle una noche hasta que yo llegara que me habían demorado el vuelo. Aunque les pedí varias veces y les ofrecí distintas alternativas, no quisieron dejarlo entrar y se ha fastidiado mucho mi invitado. Una vergüenza de servicio al cliente. Desconfían de todo el mundo y para pagar, también tuve problemas. Me lo hicieron pagar en varias veces por el monto. Además durante 2 noches había un evento de musica electrónica en el Corferias y temblaban las paredes toda la noche. Pésima experiencia. No volveré. Son una máquina de impedir y complicar las cosas.
