Nice stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Hilton Bogotá. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and smooth.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but the highlight was the amazing views of the city—especially at night with Bogotá’s skyline and the Andes in the background.

The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and parks like Parque de la 93.

Overall, a comfortable and stylish hotel with excellent service and beautiful views. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

While the overall stay was great, I was disappointed with the TV in the room. There was no way to connect to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, or any other platforms. The TV only offered local channels, and the selection of English-language options was very limited. It would have been a nice touch to have more entertainment options available, especially for guests who prefer streaming services. A bit of an upgrade in this area would definitely enhance the experience.

Exceptional Service and Genuine Warmth in Bogotá

We recently stayed at Hilton Bogotá Corferias and had such a wonderful experience.

Before we even arrived, Valentina from Guest Relations made a great impression. She was incredibly attentive over email and live chat, making sure everything was smooth and well-prepared for our stay. That level of care really set the tone.

During our stay, Louisa and Johen at the lounge were absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They made us feel so welcome every time we saw them, and we truly appreciated the connection and attention they brought to their work.

At breakfast, Juan Jose stood out for his warmth and kindness. He took the time to introduce us to a variety of Colombian fruits, which we absolutely loved—such a special and memorable touch.

We were also warmly welcomed by Jorge at the concierge during check-in. He walked us to our room, showed us around, and made sure we were comfortable. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly set a great first impression.

Overall, it wasn’t just the hotel itself, but the people who made our stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire team—we felt very well taken care of and would happily return.
