Didnt check in , left the property, will never hire OYO rooms again
Pros:

the location and the pictures displayed on the hotel listing was not even the same, location was somewhere else and was totally misleading, I had decided to leave the property before checking in. Moreover, an agent from OYO had called me to pay partially before checking the property , even after multiple attempts at explaining this to them, they were persistent on securing the room which didn't exist from the listing at all. In my opinion OYO needs to run out of business, this is very embarrassing for me as a traveller.

Cons:

The OYO property listed is fake and misleading , I thank God i didn't have to pay for booking the property and i understand why, its because to do it off the app and dupe people into staying at the property. No ! i do not care if i lose the room , there are 100s of properties under my budget.

Cons:

Which shows on booking.com and in the hotel website is NOT at all there. When i received a mail from booking.com asking about our special requests i replied in a mail mentioning some simple requirements which was not also there. When we woke up in the morning to go for works and requested coffee they said we have to wait till pass 9. I did contact booking.com to inform and they were forwarding it again and again so i had to explain the same thing to six different people for several times. It was really a horrible stay and will definitely inform the relevant authorities.
