Cons:

Which shows on booking.com and in the hotel website is NOT at all there. When i received a mail from booking.com asking about our special requests i replied in a mail mentioning some simple requirements which was not also there. When we woke up in the morning to go for works and requested coffee they said we have to wait till pass 9. I did contact booking.com to inform and they were forwarding it again and again so i had to explain the same thing to six different people for several times. It was really a horrible stay and will definitely inform the relevant authorities.

Not adviceable for Family stay and not worth for money. Misguiding by providing 4 star rating.
Pros:

LOCATION NEAR TO METRO STN WHICH HELPED LOTS FOR easy COMMUTATION.

Cons:

Hotel didt provide any basic items like towel , no bucket and Mug which are mandatory items for most south Indians.
When i spoke to responsible manager, i was informed that all items will be provided on call.,However staff on duty didt provide even after many personel requst.

Wrong Location.
Booking.com shows the Super Townhouse, but when i reached there, they mentioned we have to go to cmsome other building.
Every faucet in bathroom was leaking.
There were lip marks on curtains and Windows.
AC was not working. No glass for water, even after asking. No toiletaries.
