La ubicación.
No hubo el servicio de agua caliente y Pasto es una ciudad fría. El agua fría produce hasta dolores de cabeza. No pudieron resolver el problema durante toda nuestra estancia de Dios noches.

Ubicación
Disfruté mucho la estancia en este hotel. Se encuentra ubicado en una excelente zona, es segura y fácil de llegar. El transporte también es muy asequible. Alrededor del hotel se encuentran muchos lugares a tan solo unos cuantos pasos caminando, para comer en buenos restaurantes, gimnasios, smarfit, centros comerciales.
Otro aspecto que me gustó mucho fue la excelente calidad de las habitaciones, son muy aseadas, cómodas y modernas. Tienen un excelente nivel y además hay mucha tranquilidad.
El desayuno es bastante completo y es preparado al momento que bajas a consumirlo así que puedes elegir como quieres los huevos y el café es preparado al tiempo también. La comida era de excelente calidad.
