Scarsa pulizia, mancanza manutenzione struttura, accessibilità difficoltosa 50 gradini ripidi nessun aiuto per bagagli, mal illuminata alla sera, personale non comprende minimamente inglese

Great hotel lovely owner . Lovely continental breakfast each morning.The home made cakes were great.Hotel is perfectly situated just a couple of minutes walk from bars /tavernas /supermarket and the beach!... Hotel was very clean ... Great stay

Das einzige, was gut in diesem Hotel war, sind Zimmermädchen, die haben eine harte Arbeit. Management und alles anderes - sehr schlecht. Wir sind angekommen und unser Apartment war besetzt. Dann wurden wir zu anderer Villa geschickt, die 2 km vom Hotel entfernt ist. Am nächsten Tag haben wir immer noch nicht unseren Apartment bekommen. Erst am dritten Tag

Like: close to the beach, close to highway, there are shared umbrellas you can take, quite good breakfast

Don't like: people smoke in hotel's cafe during breakfast and that really disturbs non-smoking people who want to breath fresh air;
breakfast could have wider variety

Dont boock this Hotel.
Disaster from the hotel. Apartment 3 rooms booked and paid for 2 night but they gave us a triple room. After advertising was promised two nights in that room and after two nights in the villa. When we arrived at the villa where we were supposed to be for two days, somebody told us the villa one night and then back to the hotel. Liars, cheaters and thieves

Arrived carrying sleeping children and bags down a long unsteady pathway and not offered any help at all. Our booking specified beds for 2 boys and only one catered for. Other booking one double and we got 2 singles. Electricity failure and no one on site to fix. Breakfast ordinary

Nous avons passé 5 jours à cette hôtel. Il est très très bien situé dans le village et près de belles plages de Lefkada. Le rapport qualité prix est respecté. Le point négatif pour nous a été le matelas pas confortable mais entouré de ce cadre de Agios Nikitas on oublie vite ce petit inconvénient

Did not match room description re. Sea view, double bed and standard. Nobody on reception on arrival. Told by phone that we had already checked in. After 1 hour wait receptionist said that what we had been told was not true. Broken shower fittings. Balcony chaired disintegrated causing injury. Gave up on breakfasts which got less by each day. Second UK couple left and found alternative accomodation at a cheaper rate with a higher standard of rooms and service.

Location to the beach and local restaurants was the highlight of the stay.
Unfortunately this is where the positive feedback stops.
On arrival we were told our superior room we had booked was not available and our family were broken up into 2 seperate rooms for our 2 night stay.
Beds were like wooden planks, however we did end up sleeping.
Car parking was very difficult, as the area is popular and street parking only.
