Nice Hotel Columbus

Small house hotel with a good overall condition, affordable price and good location in Getsemani.

Pros:

The property’s location is the best. It is located in Getsemani and is around many restaurants and bars. It is very lively and you will always find something to do. It is only a 5 minute walk to the walled city. The property itself is very colonial but at the same time very simple and clean. There is no humidity even though it is an older house. The tv channel options are great for those who like to stay in. The girls at the front desk are great and informative. Ask them any suggestions and they will help you. 3 girls rotate for a 24 hour front desk coverage which I found amazing. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and I missed that some days to have a cool drink. Also it would be nice if they had more breakfast options. They offer fresh fruit everyday which taste really fresh. We all felt really safe and comfortable in the premises and surroundings.

Pros:

Columbus House has a very homely and intimate feel. Very one on one service. I highly recommend it. Very close to everything, bars, restaurants, walled city etc...I would go again. THANKS

Nice place. Clean. Very friendly staff. Close to the old city. Much cheaper than old city spots. Safe. Nice breakfast. Rooms were simple, clean, bathroom was small but clean. Very poor shower pressure and no hot water. Good AC. It had some charm - especially for the price.
I would recommend as a small hotel outside but close to old city
