First stay in Stormont Hotel. Probably the worst breakfast experience we have had at any hotel. We were in at 9am by which time the cooked food had been sitting for some time. Overcooked scrambled eggs, dried up fried bread and cold bacon. Little left of continental breakfast items. It all smacked of a couldn't care less attitude.
The location
The staff were excellent
Lovely room
No air conditioning as the weather was lovely
Thomas on reception went above and beyond for us and was so helpful and made our stay very comfortable!
Location and friendly staff; excellent breakfast
Furniture a bit big for the room
het ontbijt was erg goed

Excellent position, easily reached from Central Belfast and opposite Stormont. C.S.Lewis square is also nearby and worth a visit. It is also a good base for touring the Ards Peninsula.
This was the second Hastings Hotel which I stayed in. I also dined in 2 others during my time in Northern Ireland. Check-in was easy. Room and bathroom good and the hotel was value for money.
It was quite a haul from the car park to reception and then to my room.
The only downside was lack of snacks during the evening in the lounge bar. I didn't want a full meal, so I went without food.
Breakfast was a decent buffet with porridge and Bushmills. I would explore more Hastings Hotels if I returned to Northern Ireland.
We got a free upgrade and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a nice meal at the hotel. Nice and close to the airport.
Breakfast included but not a huge choice, but we enjoyed it and great value for money.
4 star hotel with 5 star service, Thomas on the front desk was beyond helpful on multiple occasions. Made my stay so much easier can’t thank him enough.
Outstanding experience at the Stormont every time we visit. The team led by Phillip go above and beyond to ensure a personal and top class stay. Our suite room on this visit was extra special with extra touches to celebrate our recent wedding. Spacious with an abundance of light, fluffy bath robes and slippers and a coffee machine. Room service was prompt and delicious, with staff always friendly and professional. Mo on reception was a perfect first impression of all that we enjoy about the hotel. Our go-to stay in Belfast !
I had my disabled daughter and our needs where met to perfection staff where polite and kind hotel was spotless
