The Stormont Hotel

Stayed with wife Friday night.
Staff were excellent, food in restaurant was delicious and reception team were extremely pleasant.

Rooms need spot checked to make sure everything is cleaned and presentable for guests. My bathroom was not cleaned, hair and smudges all over tub, sink stopper stuck in sink. Floor not cleaned and fan in closet filthy blew out clumps of dust when turned on.

We booked 18 rooms for our playing squad and staff and had an excellent experience. Rooms were superb, breakfast even better and the staff were the most helpful we’ve ever had. Top drawer from start to finish!

Came to stay for Zach Bryan last month. We received first class service from Thomas who went out of his way to accommodate and resolve any issues/queries. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back :)

It was really comfortable and only a 10min drive from the airport which helped make an early flight a lot more bearable. Receptionist was really helpful and switched our room to a double when I'd accidentally booked a twin.

Called into the hotel late enough at night as was not initially intending to stay at the hotel (unforeseen circumstances). Anyhow, was greeted by Thomas at reception who could not have been more courteous and professional. Sympathised with the situation and was able to sort two rooms for myself and my sister. Thomas is a credit to the hotel and as the first point of contact, started the Stormont experience on a really positive note. Hotel facilities and room really good! All in all, a top notch experience, thank you!

Arrived late due to extenuating circumstances with family in hospital. Thomas made the whole checking in experience a pleasure and was so helpful. Made a stressful day and night a lot easier . Thank you Thomas.

Four of us have had a wee afternoon snack here a number of times over the past few months. The tea, coffee, scones and tray bakes are great. The staff are also great: chatty and efficient... the only problem is that there are too few of them. We have regularly have to wait for ages or go to the bar to get someone to take our order. Hire a few more staff, folks.

Travelled as a group on a coach tour. Room was fine. Staff pleasant and tried to be helpful. No fried eggs on breakfast buffet - had to request them to be cooked specially. Three options for each course at dinner. Three times one of them wasn't available. Drinks very expensive and 10% service charge added each time we bought a drink - we learnt to request that it wasn't added! Nothing near the hotel apart from the Stormont parliament so couldn't go elsewhere after dinner.

I went into the Stormont Hotel for coffee. I was really impressed by the quality and style of the venue, as well as the gregarious and helpful nature of the staff. I recently heard the Stormont Hotel might be close down; I want to come back and hold business meetings in the hotel in future, so I hope this doesnt happen.

We spent only one night in this hotel and we are very satisfied. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is a modern, very well-maintained, and clean property. The standard of the room, as well as its decor, was very high. The bar is pleasantly designed. The staff was very nice. Plenty of parking spaces. I really have nothing to complain about. At this price, you truly cannot expect more. I will definitely remember this place and stay here again whenever I'm in the area.
