A nice hotel with lovely staff & easy parking
I didn’t realise how far outside the city centre it was when I booked it.
Had parking
At checkin male clerk commented " so u booked with that horrible booking.com" then proceeded to advise how we paid so much more by not booking direct. Also stated he could check us in at 2pm instead of 3pm but that it was very unusual ! After taking a shower realized no towels were in the room, had to dry off with a floor mat till I could ring for towels. Noticed no spare toilet roll in bathroom, just an empty hook where one should be, plus lower shower nozzle 1/2 broken, spraying water out the side of handheld unit. We left at 8am next day returned at 8pm found a " do not disturb" on our door, which we did not place, so no room service done. In all . My overall rating is no more than a poor 4, would never book this hotel again. I had used it once before as I was flying out of Belfast City airport and location was ideal. I dont blame housekeeping staff, but instead blame lack of training, no quality controls to ensure compliance, all of which show extremely poor leadership in management.

breakfast was just okay, over cooked eggs on the buffet, bacon could have been cooked more evenly.
I liked that the building was beautiful, the staff were exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious.
It was a bit out of the way from the heart of Belfast, but the cab ride wasn’t that expensive.
