Very comfortable stay in Addis
Pros:

Gute Lage des Hotels und bequemes Sitzen und sich mit Leuten treffen in der grossen schön möblierten
Pros:

Das Angebot ist reichhaltig, aber zB hat es kein feines knusperiges Brot - es ist trocken und verfällt in Stücke. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist zwar freundlich, aber schlecht ausgebildet. Für den gleichen Tisch sind mehrere Personen zuständig.

De fik mig overalt til en suite istedet for hvad jeg havde bestilt og det var absolut ikke pengene værd og gulvtæppet var beskidt og der var en frygtelig larm fra en kirke fra kl 5 om morgenen til 8

Beyond Excellent
Pros:

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Added free breakfast, sent an amazing fruits tray and Ethiopian coffee packet, ungraded our ride to airport to Tesla .

Hotel is very nice ,clean and comfortable.
I would highly recommend airport pick and drop by hotel as it is only $10 per person per way and it is so convenient.
The service similar to uber is called ride and can time to come especially bigger cars if I have suitcases and cars that come are mostly dirty and worn out ( that is just how it is )
So I was so happy I got the Hyatt pick and drop service .
Breakfast has unlimited options .. cappuccino, French press etc and all sorts of hot breakfast items from pancakes to traditional Ethiopian food and MTO eggs .
Also the fresh fruit selection is excellent .

A real top five-star hotel
Pros:

This is a top five-star luxury hotel. The staff all over the hotel (front desk, restaurants) are excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced laundry. The departure transfer was well priced and was in a comfortable car.

Cons:

There was a problem with the water in the room (water pressure, hot water slow to come) but it's a problem for the whole city.

Lunch at the Kitchen Restaurant was an absolute delight! The entire staff was warm and attentive, but it was Yalemwork who truly stole the show. Her service was nothing short of exceptional. She's a perfect blend of grace, professionalism, and genuine care. She elevated the entire experience, leaving a lasting impression that was simply unmatched.

Pros:

My first visit was not good due too the smell from the Kitchen Restaurant as it was all in my clothes but I met Genet the Guest relations Manager while I moving to Sheraton she has convinced me to stay back and fixed the issue I thank her for her follow up in resolving the issue immediately and extend my stay. I definitely will be back and recommend too.
