Best Hyatt Ever.
Pros:

We stayed a week in Addis and barely left the hotel. It had 3 out of 4 of the best restaurants, gym, and nightclub. But beat of all was the cultural center with live music and dance- both modern and traditional.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their great service really made the experience feel special and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was. The front office staffs are exceptionally amazing and very accommodating. The concierges go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. the securities are very welcoming and professional. The traditional coffee ceremony post was my families favorite spot, thank you for the two awesome attendants. The hair stylists in the spa are so incredibly professional. Breakfast was amazing and with lots of verities. The kitchen staff wend above and beyond to take care of my 9 years old daughter which was so nice of them. All the wait staff, really amazing, thank you thank you. Shout out to the GM who go around the table at the restaurant to make sure we are satisfied. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality!

Great stay at Hyatt Regency in Addis Ababa

Flawless.
The check in experience was as expected with very helpful staff

I would like to aprreciate Feryal Mohammed who played a very critical role in assisting with rooms and amenities and went out of her way to make sure me and my guests were satisfied. She was very conversant with the hotel and our requests which made our stay great.

An Oasis of Hospitality in the Heart of Addis Ababa

We naturally had high expectations when staying at Hyatt, but there was something truly special about the atmosphere at Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa.

We noticed it from the very beginning, from the security screening and check-in process to the concierge personally showing us to our room. Every member of staff we interacted with during our stay was genuinely eager to help, and they made us feel exceptionally welcome. The staff appeared confident, comfortable, and empowered in their roles.

Because the experience felt so distinctive, we asked a few questions about what made it different. We were told that Hyatt Regency genuinely lives its values. Strong leadership focuses on employee growth and development, placing greater emphasis on guest experience than on rigid procedures and protocols. Staff are encouraged to be themselves and to treat guests more like friends than customers.

This approach is clearly visible throughout the hotel and creates an extraordinary guest experience. We believe that employee engagement and staff loyalty are exceptionally high at Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa, and the positive impact on guests is evident in every interaction.

Beyond the outstanding service, we were especially impressed by the hotel's architecture and layout. Although the property is sizeable, it maintains an intimate atmosphere, feeling like a true oasis amidst the bustle of the city. The art and décor throughout the hotel are absolutely magnificent. The hotel also looks very well-maintained.

Second to none
Pros:

Exceptional service from check in to check out. By far the best hotel option in Addis for long and short term stays. Absolutely no complaints at all, stuff is amazing and many thanks to Tsion for the warm welcome and smooth check in and out.

And special thanks to Mrs Genet for making certain that my experience was nothing but impeccable. This woman is the epitome of great customer care. Even on her days off she still made sure I received the help I needed.

I’m beyond grateful for the entire team here at Hyatt Regency Addis.
