My room was ok but not exceptional.
I would have preferred a better room.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for four days with my wife and our baby boy, and we were very happy with our experience. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and luxurious, which made our family stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency to families and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
We stayed a week in Addis and barely left the hotel. It had 3 out of 4 of the best restaurants, gym, and nightclub. But beat of all was the cultural center with live music and dance- both modern and traditional.
Exceptional! Thank you to Lensa and the reservations team for their efficiency and flexibility. From arrival to departure, everything went smoothly for a group of 20+ senior delegates from Africa and the US.
I did not work directly with the Conference team, but the event was a great success and professional! Third-party service provider recommendations at high quality.

I must especially commend Yenenesh, the team leader; she is wonderful, and her ability to serve customers so well—ensuring they want to return—is truly impressive. My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Their great service really made the experience feel special and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was. The front office staffs are exceptionally amazing and very accommodating. The concierges go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. the securities are very welcoming and professional. The traditional coffee ceremony post was my families favorite spot, thank you for the two awesome attendants. The hair stylists in the spa are so incredibly professional. Breakfast was amazing and with lots of verities. The kitchen staff wend above and beyond to take care of my 9 years old daughter which was so nice of them. All the wait staff, really amazing, thank you thank you. Shout out to the GM who go around the table at the restaurant to make sure we are satisfied. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality!

I would like to aprreciate Feryal Mohammed who played a very critical role in assisting with rooms and amenities and went out of her way to make sure me and my guests were satisfied. She was very conversant with the hotel and our requests which made our stay great.
Beautiful and clean rooms. Shower worked perfectly with good water pressure , toilet was secluded from shower and had own door always my preference.
I stay hyatt regency two nights it was good but it's very Expensive in Addis Ababa.
