This is the nicest place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. The house is beautiful. Sheema was our host and an excellent cook. She even gave me a cooking lesson, in her kitchen.
When we left, she gave us a packed lunch for our journey. She made the whole visit very special.

We stayed for two nights and from our arrival to our final goodbye we were treated just like family. Sheema and her daughter are your hosts and what wonderful hosts they are. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful.
Sheema cooked dinner for us on the second night and her food is the best, actually it was the best we had in our travels in Sri Lanka. The Villa is spotless, peaceful and beautiful gardens surrounding the property. We even had a dip in their pool. I wish our stay was longer.
The Villa is named after their adorable son Niketh whom we had the pleasure of meeting.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay, it really did make our trip to you’re wonderful country.

Amazing villa! It was a really beautiful and peaceful place—very quiet, spotless, and surrounded by plants and greenery. The breakfast was very delicious, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming.

Unglaublich schönes Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Sehr gepflegt, riesige Zimmer, super schöner Garten mit Pool. Wir durften alles benutzen und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war die Schwiegermutter des Eigentümers, hat uns rumgeführt und hat lecker für uns gekocht.

Amazing Villa. Fantastic room and bathroom. We were made to feel very welcome. Food was exceptional and we were even given a cooking lesson.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing place. Everything was perfect. Rooms, service, breakfast and dinner, simply outstanding !! I highly recommend this place.

It is such a peaceful place, away from the busy town but still close enough to go around with car or tuk tuk. And the best part is that super cute family welcomed us! We wish we had dinner at this place, that’s our regret… the interior of the house is so nice, and made us so relaxing even it is home stay style. シーマさん、ありがとうございました！！

Her home-cooked dinners are a standout experience—authentic Sri Lankan dishes full of flavor and care. The villa is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home.

Stunning designed building and garden in tranquil setting. Beautiful interior design. Sheema is a warm and welcoming host, and chef extraordinaire. Our dinners and breakfasts were incredible. Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, lovely window seats and enormous en-suites. The swimming pool is a lovely refreshing stop after a day out.

I love the interior design so much! It is a lovely family who are hosting. The breakfast was so yummy! They were really accomodating. We were so comfortable with our 2 year old toddler.

Our stay at Villa Niketh Kandy was just perfect! The owners are not only very kind people but also gave us a lot of recommendations and helped us with every question we had. The Villa is very clean, comfortable and furnished with great taste! We are very looking forward to visit their second place at the east coast! I can only recommend this place!

A beautiful house with a very stylish interior and a super comfy bed. Its location just outside busy central Kandy made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful and Sheema’s cooking was delicious! It was lovely to hear all about her family too. Highly recommend.
