Sheets didn’t appear clean, hair on them. Elevators (one working only) and grounds were dirty and littered (attribute that to guests).
Parking confusing. And an exorbitant charge for parking on an empty dirt lot next to hotel. Ridiculous!
Overpriced by $100 at least!
It was good the location was great it was central downtown
Construction near by and a lot of sirens
Le service et les chambres spacieuses et propres
Il y avait un ascenseur en panne, beaucoup d'attente. Le sercteur ne semble pas sécuritaire pour marcher seule le soir
The staff were nice, the room as clean.
Where do I start?!
- key car system didn't work upon check in so security had to escort to our rooms
- no covered parking because of no key card working
- the other hotel patrons were rough... The people beside me on the first night partied. The second night there was a woman hysterically crying and vomiting.
- heating didn't work in the room despite the heater being SOOOO loud
- only one working elevator which is in rough shape... They used a spare #6 for the "G" in ground floor
- I slept with the heavy desk chair in front of the door
- no safe
- as soon as we walked out of the hotel one night there was a dead bird right by the door
- even security said it was sketchy and worse than Toronto.
We had the Buffet and it was great !!
There wasn;t anything we didn;t like .
The hotel staff, especially the front desk and restaurant staff are really wonderful, and very kind.
Heater had issues, and despite a visit by the maintenance staff, wasn't solved.
Buffet breakfast has very limited options, and very low quality.
The coffee served at the hotel is really poor quality.
