Nice clean hotel, 7-8 minute walk from downtown Nashville, would recommend to a friend
Pros:

Ideal location for downtown Nashville, couldn’t fault service anytime we rang looking for fresh towels etc they had them to us in no time

Perfect location to downtown Broadway. A lovely goodsized room with extremely comfortable beds and kitchen facilities.
Pros:

The location. The friendliness of the front of house staff. The cleanliness and efficiency of the cleaning staff.

Cons:

We were there for 9 days and had hoped for some relaxing pool time. However, on each occasion we attempted this, the lounger cushions were soaking due to the occasional, but heavy rainfall. We felt that some pool attendants would be welcome to remove the cushions on such occasions as normally happens at other hotels we have stayed at.

Pros:

The location and charges for parking are hard to beat when it come to being this close to the Bridgestone.

Cons:

The elevators are a problem but I don’t know how to fix it because they are just so busy.

Excellent hotel near bridgestone arena.
Pros:

we were local live in franklin but wanted convenience of seeing a concert at bridgestone. Five minute walk, comfortable room and bed. Staff was amazing will definitely stay here again.
