Pros:

Уникальная локация с самыми невероятными видами (особенно из сьютов). Замечательная команда отеля, очень приветливы и правда стараются сделать все, чтобы вам было комфортно и приятно.

Cons:

Еда просто ужасна, не важно, входит ли в стоимость полупансиона или оплачивается отдельно. Уважаемый отель, пожалуйста, обратите внимание на то, что вам пишут в отзывах про еду в ресторане. Это так сильно портит впечатление!

Posizione stupenda per ammirare il mare dall'alto e il tramonto su le morne brabant

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con cena inclusa: il cibo incluso a cena ha poca scelta e porzioni poco abbondanti che non saziano.
La strada per arrivare al resort potrebbe diventare complicata se si incontra un'altra altra macchina arrivare nella direzione opposta.
Il prezzo è eccessivo per ciò che offre considerando che l'unico vero punto di forza della struttura è la vista dall'alto sul mare.
In bagno manca la ventola nel locale water (in compenso si trova però nel locale doccia)

Perfect location, fantastic views & ideal for a short break before exploring the rest of the island

Cons:

The evening menu was the same for all the time we were there (4 nights) with the half board choices (others were available but at a surcharge) was slightly limiting. A small criticism but overall the offering & quality was excellent.

Panorama magico su Le Morne
Pros:

La vista era impagabile, la stanza molto ampia e comoda con tutti i comfort necessari. Comoda anche la possibilità di cenare al ristorante dell’hotel.

Cons:

Non è semplice da raggiungere trovandosi in un punto molto alto e panoramico. Il menu della cena non era molto vario e mi aspettavo una qualità del cibo più alta da un 4 stelle

As a couple who absolutely loves nature especially mountains we loved this place immensely. We highly appreciated the service of the staffs from the beginning , Kevin looked after us well during our dinner time, he is a very polite person. Even vanusha from the reception department received us and guided us very well from the beginning. This time i came for my birthday and i was surprised by a birthday cake and our table was very well decorated without any additional cost which is very rare . As normally many hotels charge high fees to do that. Here they did it voluntarily. Loved it !!!!! The rooms are very cosy and neat. Very spacious also with the amenities already given the clients. The place is very quiet and if you want to have time with family or couple it is highly recommended. Very clean. From the room we can have views from both sides. Sea and mountain view which is very interesting. It is value for money. We will surely come again without any doubt.

I think they should put heater in the room

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Chalets Chamarel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had one of the most breathtaking views you could ever imagine, overlooking the stunning Le Morne and the Mauritius sea. Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable!

The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, with delicious food and great service. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

If you're looking for a peaceful stay with one of the best views in Mauritius, I highly recommend Hotel Chalets Chamarel. It’s definitely a place you won’t forget! 🌴🌊⛰️

Beautif Chalet in the national park.
Pros:

It’s a very unique experience to stay in the national park and have this amazing view.
The chalets are very spacious and have a beautiful decor.
Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.
Since we stayed for over a week and the menu of the restaurant did not have so many options, the restaurant came up with special menus for us.
We were also provided a late checkout which we appreciated very much.

Cons:

I read a lot of comments that the road to the hotel was very difficult. Even with a very basic rental car I did not find it too challenging. The road is only for the hotel and we hardly ever met the car.
