The Place is very beautiful with very good staffs. We received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, Manager( Nirmal) and waiter. I had an incredible stay.

Due to frequent morning rains there was humid in rooms, but the air conditioning has a drying function.
Next minus is the road and the path to the restaurant (it gets muddy after rain).

Pour près de 200 € la nuit, les éléments suivants étaient tout simplement catastrophique
- des sanitaires sales et dégradés
- une fause demi-pension avec plus de la moitié de la carte nécessitant de payer des suppléments
- une piscine sale et pas nettoyée
- une cuisine de très mauvaise qualité que ce soit au petit déjeuner comme au dîner (pain raci, bacon cramé, yaourt pas frais, jus de fruit industriels)
- serviettes et peignoirs qui sentent l'humidité
L'emplacement magnifique, le personnel, le logement, la restauration. Mais le must est la vue à couper le souffle.
Le chemin pour atteindre ce petit paradis est vraiment compliqué et très difficile avec une petite voiture.
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Chalets sind großzügig eingerichtet. Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist das Personal, so fühlt man sich ab dem ersten Moment richtig wohl. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Vanusha an der Rezeption und Daniel im Restaurant. Von dem Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen waren wir positiv überrascht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen sehr groß. Man sollte vor der Buchung beachten, dass man in der Umgebung nicht allzu viel unternehmen kann. Dafür ist der Poolbereich zum entspannen sehr schön.

The location, views. The chalet was perfect.
Food was soo great. Really worth it.
Everything was amazing, the bedroom, the view, the restaurant and on top of that the staff.
The hotel is up in the mountains which really adds to the adventure of the stay. Situated near the waterfalls and national park, it has 360 degrees of breathtaking views. I could stare out for days, it was special.
The chalet was nice - although there were a lot of bugs! But that is the nature of being within nature.
The restaurant options were good and the staff at dinner/breakfast were amazing. They were friendly, hard-working and were attentive.
While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, there were a couple blips along the way.
The first being that they messed up our taxi booking on our first full day. We were meant to leave at 6.30am to go on the hike at Le Morne. The taxi, ultimately, didn't arrive till after 8.30ish, which was a bit disappointing. Both the member of staff at the front desk and the taxi driver said that the staff who had made the booking had made an error. In fairness, the manager, did apologise to us in person at dinner for us - which we appreciated.
The second (and much worse) issue was, as I was on my honeymoon, I pre-ordered/pre-paid for some flowers and a bottle of champagne to be brought to the room. The night I returned to the room (and had arranged for this) the flowers were laid out on the bed for my wife but the bottle was not. I had assumed it was the one in the fridge and we consumed it. The next day a member of staff told me that they hadn't provided the bottle and that instead:
1. I would get it at dinner, a day late.
2. I would be charged for this bottle already drank as it was part of the mini bar.
The difference between a good and great hotel, is that a great one would not have made such an error. Better yet, they would not have charged me for the bottle given it was 100% their fault. This was a disappointing part of our stay sadly.
