A Pleasant and Convenient Marriott Stay
Pros:

I had a great stay at this Marriott. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located not too far from the convention center and Long Beach Airport, which made getting around very easy.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. The lobby is especially nice and inviting, and the cafeteria was a great spot for breakfast and coffee.

Overall, a pleasant and stress-free stay. I would definitely recommend this Marriott to anyone visiting the Long Beach area.

Pros:

Gladys and Italia were fantastic! So friendly and accommodating; they took great care of us and helped us with our questions and issues. Breakfast in hotel was good too! Loved the business area n food choices next door! Stores nearby: Costco, TJ’s, Ross.

Great Hotel.
Pros:

Thanks to the Cypress Location staff. They were very helpful. The property is nice and clean. The rooms were clean. Thank you to Mavis- she’s the sweetest manager. I would stay here again.

Amazing Hotel and Staff.
Pros:

The staff here at the Courtyard were so amazing. The Hotel was very clean. I loved their gym. It was always maintained while I was there. Super clean. The breakfast was great. The service here was exceptional. I did have a leak in my sink and when I called down Natalia at the front desk sent maintenance within minutes. She was very apologetic and she actually compensated me with free breakfast vouchers. Another thing I liked is that they are located right next to restaurants and you can literally walk like 20 steps and there are a strip of restaurants. The rooms were very clean. Thank you to the Cypress Courtyard staff for your hospitality.

Great modern, clean, and great staff!
Pros:

Great! Clean! Starbucks drinks! Modern! Costco, restaurants and many other things nearby including Disney! Optional cooked to order very yummy breakfast! Great staff and location! They really went above and beyond!! I recommend it 100%

A nightmare experience that I will have investigated
Pros:

I specifically reserved a room with a bed and sofa bed for 2 adults. This was not honored during check-in and was told by the receptionist that was just the way it is. One of the adults in this room had to sleep on the floor for two nights. I will be taking to all my media outlets about this most horrible experience and this hotels shady business practices.

Time for another review!
Pros:

Just recently stayed here again and it continues to be our favorite place to stay. Very clean and conveniently located between LA/OC. The staff are so nice and professional—shout out to Mwinji, Italia, Mavis and Serena. They’re always so accommodating and pleasant!

Dirty room and unsanitary bathroom, there was a wet dirty towel left on the bathroom, we brought this to manager and she didnt want to accept it and hung on the phone . Super rude and unprofessional

It was very nice, I would come back here again
Cons:

I didn’t like the shower handle it does work but looks like it’s coming apart and was tricky operation to get the shower to work, and unfortunately my daughter lost her glasses in the room and no luck retrieving them

Great staff, great property, great stay!
Pros:

My family had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard in Cypress. We had 4 rooms and they were all in excellent shape. Staff were outstanding! Sarina at the front desk was accommodating and personable in every interaction we had. Location was great too! The property was clean! Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this property!

Could not have been better...
Pros:

My wife, daughter and myself came in town to attend a family funeral. My wife is battling cancer and had just had her most recent chemo treatment the day before we arrived. Your staff could not have been any kinder in all of our interactions with them. We used your work space/living room area several times to allow family members to visit without my wife leaving the hotel and we were made to feel welcome the entire visit.
