Courtyard by Marriott Cypress Anaheim / Orange County

This is my fourth year, staying at this hotel and like always I have been treated with utmost friendliness by all the staff and have enjoyed the comforts, conveniences, and upgrades here. Will definitely return.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard. Check-in staff was wonderful and helpful. Michael who worked the kitchen took great care of our entire family and worked nonstop the entire breakfast time! Location is great, clean, quiet. There is also a great food mall behind the hotel if you want some variety. Definitely will stay again!

The entire front desk staff Serine, Sophia, the bistro staff Armando and Monica as well as your housekeeping staff went above and beyond each and every time. Friendly, serviceable, kind and genuinely wanted to make me feel at home...you can tell they enjoy their work and not their jobs!!

I had an outstanding experience at the Courtyard Cypress Anaheim/Orange County, and a huge part of that was thanks to Demetrious. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, accommodate my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation.

His positive attitude, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service truly stood out. It's rare to come across someone who consistently delivers such a warm and personalized experience. Because of Demetrious, my stay was even more enjoyable, and I will absolutely choose this hotel again in the future.

Honestly, Sarina made my experience just the best. She knew that I was there for Warped Tour and she asked me about the bands I was most excited to see. We talked about family. We talked like friends talk! She was so professional, but welcoming at the same time. She made it so I can’t wait to go back to this hotel again any time I have to be in the area!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this property a number of times over the past few months. I don't get much of an option in choosing hotels considering the proximity of this property to work, but I have to say I am fortunate each of my stays has been great. The staff are welcoming, accommodating, and strive to make my stay enjoyable. I don't have to worry about much. Sophie and Rina have always checked me in and even remember me now. They're awesome! Also, the Bistro staff are always so pleasant and the food is consistently solid. Thank you and I look forward to staying at this property again!

Sarina checked us into the hotel last night and was very sweet and kind from the get go. As I checked in, she acknowledged our upgrade request and asked if a King room would be ok. On this trip we had our kids with us so we needed the queen beds. I told her I appreciated her trying and she asked if there was anything else she could do. In a joking way, I said, how about a bottle of champagne. We both had a good laugh and I carried on to our room to settle in.
When we returned from dinner, Sarina arranged and delivered a chilled bottle of wine and a fruit and cheese plate.
What an amazing gesture from her and the team. In all the years I have traveled, I’ve never been treated so well by a hotel. I will remain a Titanium Elite member because of this. Thanks again Sarina for making our night special and going well above and beyond anything I have ever expected.

As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, I know firsthand what exceptional service looks like. Meeting Italia, Sophia along with Sarina was a wonderful reminder of what genuine hospitality truly means.
From the moment we spoke, they treated me with kindness, professionalism, and sincere care for me my family! Even though our interaction was brief, they went above and beyond to assist with my stay and accommodations, making sure I felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of!
What stood out most was how genuine they were. Their compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to help didn't feel like part of the job it came from the heart. They made a lasting impression on me, and I truly appreciate the time and care they took to ensure I had a positive experience. Our family had an awesome stay. The lobby was big, welcoming, and very nice. We also loved how clean the rooms were, they were spotless and made our stay even more comfortable.

Stay here for work and to visit friends often. Good selection of restaurants right across the parking lot. Sophia at the front desk is quite helpful.

We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Cypress, California (Courtyard by Marriott Cypress, Orange County) for three nights. On our final morning, my wife discovered visible mold (see picture) on the underside of the pillow she had been sleeping on the entire stay. The pillow clearly had not been properly cleaned or replaced before our arrival.
I contacted the hotel while still on the plane home and asked them to email me so I could send photos of the mold. They never followed up. I then called Expedia, who immediately issued the maximum refund they could ($75) and explained I would need to work directly with the hotel for the remainder. The moment the Expedia agent gave me an email address to send the photos to, the hotel “magically” sent the original email I’d requested.
I replied with a detailed explanation and attached clear photos of the mold. I sent a follow-up email as well. I have received no response from the hotel at any point.
This is a serious health and cleanliness issue. Sleeping on a moldy pillow for three nights is unacceptable, especially at a branded hotel like Courtyard by Marriott in Cypress, California. If Marriott corporate sees this: please investigate the housekeeping and management practices at this Cypress, CA property and make this right for guests who are being ignored after reporting a clear health hazard. I would recommend looking for another hotel based on the cleanliness and obviously their complete lack of customer service.

The morning staff or the overall staff was very pleasant and inviting and hospitable. It’s a plus plus that there’s a Starbucks bistro downstairs space was very clean. Had a very enjoyable time and the location was great and is accessible to many amenities in the area

I absolutely loved my stay at the Courtyard Anaheim Cypress! The hotel is spotless from top to bottom — the rooms, common areas, and public spaces were impeccably clean and well-maintained.

The selection of snacks and drinks at the market and coffee bar was fantastic — way more variety than I expected, with fresh options available throughout the day.
A huge shoutout to the amazing staff, especially Michael at the coffee and breakfast bar! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure every guest was happy. His positive energy and great service really made the experience special.

I arrive two hours earlier than normal check-in. I arrived at the hotel. Sophia was very professional and trying to get me settled in it squared on the seventh floor. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available at that time so I took it upon myself to hit the gym for two hours while they cleaned my room. Once I return to the front desk to speak with Sophia, she was very professional and very hospitable checking me my room. I will have spent almost 4 weeks total with this hotel. The staff is polite, the breakfast staff is fantastic and hospitable, and the front staff is very attentive and polite.
The hotel has ample parking for oversize vehicles. There is a nice pool, which could be cleaned out a little more I feel. There a nice gym with good exercise equipment, which could be cleaned a little more in my opinion. But all in all the hotels about 4.3 out of 5. The rooms come with microwaves and mini refrigerators, they have complementary soap and dryer sheets for laundry. And they do really make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The property is visually appealing and has plenty of free parking. Sarina assisted me at check in and she was AMAZING (she gets 5 stars for customer service!). She was welcoming, informative, kind, and an absolute pleasure to talk with. The room was clean and looked EXACTLY like the photos online. The hotel was SUPER quiet (which is a must for me). I did not hear a single sound outside of my room during my stay and there were SEVERAL (travel/tour/military) groups staying at the property. The price point was competitive with the many other hotels on the same street. The Marriott reputation is why I chose to stay here instead of a competitor (and this location did not disappoint). I would stay at this location again.

Service great. Food prepared perfectly (I am picky). Michael and Raul (bistro) and Serena (?) at the front desk are amazing. The person working at the bistro Friday night was amazing too (female with fun highlights in her hair). Great experience!
