Все было прекрасно. Даже при дефиците номеров нам сделали апгрейд. Тихо,уютно, внимательный стаф, очень чисто, прекрасный дизайн. За такие деньги - просто подарок.

Прекрасный отель возле Мариинки
Pros:

Потрясающий отель в двух шагах от Мариинки. Буквально на каждом шагу был отличный сервис: быстрое заселение, апгрейд и ранний заезд как комплимент, бутылка игристого в номере, конфетки и уборка номера перед сном. Постельное белье высокого уровня и новое, ремонт сделан добротно, матрацы удобные. Звукоизоляция отличная. Отель очень удобен для зрителей Мариинки - идти до театра 7-10 минут. Завтраки а-ля карт вкусные, кофе отличный. Я останавливаюсь исключительно в 5* и прекрасно знаю, что такое five-stars service. Здесь я не смог придраться ни к чему. Рекомендую!

Service under all kritik - ej 5stjärnigt hotell.

Rum, säng och frukost bra.

Men servicen från roomservice, maten som levererades utan lock, ingen salt och peppar, maten urusel, dålig överkokt kall kyckling, bemötande efter att jag klagade under all kritik. Dammsugning pågick i receptionen och störde under frukosten. Trots klagomål kompenserad med lite frukost vid 22 på kvällen, inget bemötande av manager. Fick ändå betala för en rätt som var helt smaklös. Tyvärr är detta inte ett femstjärnigt hotell, urusel service och dåligt planerat och man kan inte föra sig. Argumenterade om mina klagomål på maten och ingen vidare kompensation. Kommer inte bo här igen.

Отличный новый отель, недалеко от Мариинки
Pros:

Стандартный номер очень качественно продуман с т.з. эргономики и дизайна (казалось бы неважные мелочи вроде достаточного количества крючков в ванной, гладильной доски и утюга в номере, современных "умных" выключателей очень влияют на общее впечатление), косметика L'Occitane, также впечатлили завтраки a la carte и SPA зона (необходимо заранее записаться).
Из относительных минусов нецентровое местоположение, которое подойдёт скорее посетителям Мариинки и Новой Голландии.

Супер спа!
Pros:

Уютный отель с очень хорошим спа - шикарные хамам и сауна, душ с интересными эффектами. Очень хорошо отдохнули вдвоем с сестрой.
Единственное пожелание - поставьте в номер чайные чашки. Наливать чай в кофейные совсем не удобно.

We LOVED the Albora. The hotel is a little out of the way if you're looking to explore the very centre of the city - although there's a nice excuse to walk into town or get a Yandex (like UBER) for less than 2 pounds! The hotel itself is STUNNING. Comfortable, clean, the staff are divine, the food at the restaurant is brilliant. We have no complaints - it was perfect.

The perfect little hotel to stay in.
Pros:

The perfect little hotel to stay in. Room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is modern and clean and bed is perfect. The walls are thick so no noise disturbing you from neighbours, street is calm and with a beautiful view over the canal. Reception is friendly and interiour is beautiful.
1h comp spa is included in stay. Bar and restaurant is great.
