Location
Room needs to be updated.
Great location and short walk to Disneyland, rooms were located in building two which were modern, rooms were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Room service is every second day, but you can request it daily if you want. Had a laundry which was very convenient for doing our washing. Great Wi-Fi, which is a must these days.
I didn’t notice an American flag up anywhere, this would’ve been very nice if it was.
bed, grounds, pool
na
Easy walk to disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bed was not comfortable. Overpriced for the accommodations
Always a great stay
Nothing, I would only say they need better prices at the store there. Extremely over priced considering they have no restaurant on site or room service options. And parking is very over priced and you can't park there after 11am check out.
Newly renovated room was very nice and comfortable. Very inviting for a family.
The separate pool away from the children’s play pool proximity to the Disney main gate
Having both a fridge and microwave in the room
Worth having a room facing the park with a balcony for the fireworks
One lift was out of order for the whole of our visit and the cleaning staff have to use the customer lifts with large trolleys making it difficult for luggage and buggy’s perhaps the large trolleys could be kept on each floor and just topped up using smaller ones
The water park and closeness to the park is gold. I do wish there was a bit more effort into updating the eco rooms but I also understand that probably keeps cost down. But one thing that was a major issue was the room doors are not at all built to allow a standard double
Stroller to pass through. This added a big inconvenience as we had to brake down our stroller every time.
The doors did not fit a standard double stroller
It’s clean and so close to the parks. 10 mins walk.
Close to Disneyland, many amenities for kids to enjoy and close to the freeway
Front desk is great and location
My kid have noise alergi so the carpet semels bad so he was senzing the hole night
We spent three nights at the HoJo Anaheim for our Disneyland stay with two kids under 5. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was renovated with a powerful working AC and clean, welcoming Disney theme. But overall, we were underwhelmed by our stay.
We paid extra for a Deluxe Room (versus a Standard room) through the Disneyland booking system, which is why we were in a renovated room. But the location of the room was very disappointing. We were in building 2, at the very back of the property, farthest from the parks. And our room (2102) was on the first floor, literally at the end of a very loooooong hallway. I think it’s actually the farthest room to walk to in the whole hotel. So we didn’t have any kind of view, and getting back to our room after a long day at Disney was a huge slog. We understand that these rooms exist, so somebody has to stay in them and we sorta drew the short straw. But we wish we would have been warned that “Deluxe” doesn’t necessarily mean a room in a decent location and/or with a good view.
The property overall feels a little old and rundown. The “water park” was actually perfect for our kids’ ages, and they had a blast. But I’m guessing kids older than 5 wouldn’t enjoy it as much.
The HoJo also isn’t really that convenient of a walk to Disneyland. You have to cross two busy intersection crosswalks, and during more crowded times it could take 20-30 minutes to get to the Disney security line.
Our stay wasn’t terrible by any means, just not as convenient and enjoyable as we were expecting. We’ll definitely try a different hotel option next time we visit Disneyland.
The location was close to Disneyland. They had a nice pool area for kids.
They only clean every other day. It was also very loud. It was difficult to get a good nights rest with all the noise in the room. Coffee maker did not work and they replaced it with one that also did not work.
チェックイン時もチェックアウト時もフレンドリーでわかりやすく説明していただけたので安心でした。
疲れているとパークからの距離がある遠く感じますが許容範囲です。
The hotel staff was so kind. The rooms are clean. Great value for your money! The location is walking distance to Disneyland! Good quiet atmosphere. Only thing I would say is if you like a dark room request a room not on the top floor
