Best Price, Exceptional Location, Clean Spacious Rooms
Pros:

Location to Disneyland was better than we expected (maps were deceiving). Refurbished rooms were clean, fresh and very spacious with a huge bathroom and beds very comfy

Cons:

A rumbling noise throughout the night we thought was aircon but after turning off aircon we think it was actually the filtration from the pool (we were ground floor next to pool) - we did not get this verified as after the first night we were able to sleep through it

Pros:

Location is very close to Disneyland Park. About 10 minutes walk.

Cons:

This hotel is pretty old built and rooms are very small. No kelltle or kitchenette or any cutlery.

Didn’t care for it because of the start. My girls had an amazing time at Disney Channel Nite. That’s all they cared abo

I’m a frequent customer and I love the location usually. I usually love the customer service etc.

Cons:

I didn’t like the location of our room at all. Way too far in the back. We were told by someone by the name of Chris who was extremely nice and fun over the phone. Accommodating etc. Willing to assist it seemed with anything! Upon arriving though we got someone else and she was not accommodating, she was very pushy, didn’t want to hear me when I asked about getting into our room at all little earlier so that my girls could get read for Disney Channel Nite. They had a lot to do to prepare and she just wasn’t having it and claimed there were NO rooms ready on that humongous property and that we had to pay extra for an upgrade in a room that we absolutely hated! We have been coming to this hotel for YEARS probably longer than Shes been working there! They have always been accommodating and gracious. Weve always been able to get into our room/a room early. We literally got there a little before 2pm? I believe? I believe she told us that she had no rooms available so that we would pay for the upgrade which is very unprofessional and greedy!

Staff were great

Cons:

That it smelled like smoke and the rooms were really musty . The air quality was not good . My kids and I would Wake up with a stuff nose sinus issue and puffy face . U can tell the painted over the smell of smoke .. not sure if this is a smoking facility but when I left yesterday u can smell that someone was smoking either in the room or right outside of the room area .. as much as the staff were great and the rooms were ok it was the air quality that was not

Good value and great place to stay with kids!
Pros:

Very close to Disneyland, definitely walking distance. Our 3 year old LOVED the water park, perfect for littles! Staff were super helpful and accommodating! Room clean pretty comfortable. Definitely would stay there again! Only downside was that there is no café or restaurant in the hotel, but just cross the street to the courtyard and you have a bar, restaurant and coffee shop!
