It’s close to Disneyland and the option to have bunk beds
Close proximity to restaurants and disneyland. Staff were very accommodating to us arriving early and checking in.
It seems to always be under construction. Last time we stayed it was a games room that still doesn't seem to be there.
The skylight in our room wasnt expected it was hard to sleep in but then most days we were up early so it didnt matter

Se vocês estiver com muita bagagem, não há funcionários no local par auxílio com as malas. A limpeza também deixou a desejar. Tem um mercado embaixo que funciona até as 11pm, mas se você precisar de água após este horário, terá que sair das dependências do hotel.
Even though some buildings were under construction the noise level was low! The hotel itself was clean and safe. I like that you must need a key to enter the buildings to even access your room. It provided extra safety. Every day someone was cleaning the hallways - vacuuming or carpet cleaning. Staff were extremely friendly - front desk, cleaning staff, lifeguards, even the gift shop staff. My kids didn’t want to leave. They loved the room and were comfortable. Usually one is asking to go home. We were able to check in early, they accommodated us on our requests. Even though we had a room over looking the poolside it was extremely quiet!! Every time we go to Disneyland we stay here. We also recommend HoJo to all friends and family. :)

Se me hace ilógico pagar por el estacionamiento además del alojamiento, debería estar incluido
ディズニーから徒歩10分と立地が良く、一度休憩に戻ったり忘れ物をしても戻るのに苦じゃなかったです。23時までやってる売店も便利で子供の牛乳やコーンフレークなどが買えて助かりました。またコインランドリーで日本のクレカが使えずフロントに助けを求めたら夜中にも関わらずとても親切に対応してもらえました。子供達はプールにも大喜びでした！

Easy walk to Disneyland and quiet considering that it is so close to the freeway.
Our bathroom did not have a fan so everything was just humid and uncomfortable anytime the shower ran. You’d dry off from your shower and instantly just be wet again.
Location to disney and local eateries
Noise from road. Some washing machines and dryers weren't working. Teabags were not replaced

It was a short distance to Disneyland. And the daytime staff was amazing!
The nightmare staff gentleman was very rude.
