Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. One of the biggest inconveniences was that the hotel has no elevators, so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs ourselves, which was extremely difficult and frustrating. The ice machine is also located in a completely different building, making it very inconvenient when you need something simple like ice.

The rooms felt very outdated and had an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. On top of that, the hot water took about 30 minutes to finally warm up, which is unacceptable and made getting ready a hassle. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the inconvenience.

Amazing place to stay for our family! Clean and close to the parks.
Pros:

The pool and splash pad were awesome! Room was clean and spacious. So close to Disneyland. Great price. Love that you can access the pool before even checking into your room. AC worked great.

Cons:

Needed a toaster and more accessible water filling stations. Internet was slow for streaming and TV shows were inconsistent with the guide. No Disney TV/movie streaming option!

Me gusta la tranquilidad y seguridad que tiene el hotel al hospedarse allí, su ubicación y su personal amable

Cons:

El que no le den mantenimiento a las cosas que son obvias que lo necesitan, la puerta del baño rechina bastante y es un ruido muy molesto al abrir y cerrar.
